Installed unmatched tire and he claimed he didn’t warranty to be matched while we called before to ensure the proper brand and size. This would damage the car and reduce its value. But he doesn’t care. As an expert, he should not do this. He doesn’t want to return the tire. Very bad way of doing business. Will not go there again.

UPDATE: FYI they moved across the street to a bigger location. I have them saved in Google Maps but when I got there it was a tire shop just not Economical tire. I called and was told they moved across the street. Sure enough I looked in my rearview mirror and there it was. -‐---------------------------------------- I have been going there since 2011 and have always left happy. Actually going today for 2 tires 01/30/2020 expecting to leave with no worries.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE SPEND THE EXTRA AND GO TO REAL SHOP 8/4/24 ((((2 weeks)))) go by still waiting on call gave my name and number to shop owner. Most ghetto shop techs argue with you after they made a mistake and over the phone. Shop owner just dodging me unprofessional and wanted me to do police report instead of trying to pay the $720 invoice. Spoke to front lady at desk, 2 shop techs including Alejandro. Spoke to them to tell the boss it’s $720 to fix my damaged after market wheels most cheapest shop owner. Shop owner along with shop techs act childish bunch of excuses when I showed them the damages on my wheels. Didn’t bring them in to get scratched brought them to get mounted and balanced clearly don’t know what they doing.

THIS SHOP WILL DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY!! Came to this tire shop with brand new freshly powder coated rims never driven on to be mounted. The tech who put the rims on the car seemed like he was in a hurry and while putting the lug nuts on the vehicle he missed the hole and chipped the paint off of the rim. I spoke to manager as the owner wasn’t available. Upon the manager getting a hold of the owner I clearly hear him say yes the rims were brand new so it had to be his techs fault. They tell me the owner will then give me a call back to discuss what my options are. I wait 3 days with no call or nothing so I go to the shop asking for the owner. They reply he’s not in and they don’t know when he will be in but we aren’t going to cover your brand new rim. They state that they saw on the camera that their guy didn’t make a mistake. I would have respected this shop more if the owner at least had the decency to give me a call about my damage rim instead of blowing me off. I would stay away from this shop at all cost because if they damage your property they will find a way to not cover it and cover it up!! Pictures of the mistake below!!

Third time I come get new/used tires here and this a first. I would not have been upset if I would’ve been told. I wasn’t and had to find out a week later/today about it. Lug nuts were stripped and put back on instead of being replaced with new ones Caps that go on the lug nuts were broken and some lost/not placed back on. Seems like some so simple that could’ve been taken care of immediately If they employee would have owned up to a mistake I most likely will continue to go here to get new and used tires, but I would now be more thorough of taking pictures of before and after

usually prefer leaving positive reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my recent experience. I’ve brought several of my business vehicles here before and had decent service, which is why this situation was so disappointing. One of my vehicles was diagnosed incorrectly, and after paying for multiple repairs, the problem remained unresolved. When I brought it up, the mechanic, Eric, became defensive and blamed me for a low oil issue — even though the shop had performed the oil change less than four months earlier. Instead of listening and communicating professionally, he argued and raised his voice, which was completely uncalled for. The owner seems like a respectful person, but he should really address how his employees interact with customers. Everyone makes mistakes, but how you handle them matters. A little professionalism and honesty would’ve gone a long way and avoided all this.

I do not recommend this place. I went to try to get four tires installed and the guy said there was an hour waitlist and when I said oh that’s fine I can. I can wait and stuff he’s like oh well actually it’s more closer to an hour and a half. And I said OK that’s fine and he’s like you’re gonna have to wait here like and I was like oh like I can’t just drop off the wheels and I can pick them up later when you’re done with these people and it’s my turn he said no you can’t cut off people in line and he tried to make a big deal about it and I was like I never said I was cutting off people. I said I would come later after you’re done with them and stuff and he’s like no you just can’t cut people in line like that and I was like that’s not what I said at all and he’s like well if you want you’re gonna have to wait here if you leave you lose your spot and stuff and he was just very rude disrespectful. I would not go here. Look at the most recent reviews. They all are not very good. I could give zero stars if I could I can’t, unfortunately so I will leave a one star

I am so happy my husband found this place. My tires were bald and almost everyone recommended belle tire or other places. But tbh is place not only gave me a great deal on 4 brand new ties but were so honest form beginning to end. I was told I needed a wheel alignment by my dealership but after the new tires went on and the test drove it they said I’m good to go. They could have agreed and made me pay but honesty. Will definitely come here for my needs again
