After being pleased with their service in the past, I was stunned by the treatment I received last Tuesday by the owner, that all started with a disagreement on the scheduled time of the appointment. Something that could and should have been handled in a professional and effective manner, was not. The experience at L&A Auto is the worst I have ever had in a retail/service environment. I would have given 0 stars if I could have.

Me and my girlfriend stopped in there the other day to ask a few questions regarding service. The gentleman (if you could call him that) at the counter was one of the most pompous individuals I have ever met. He could have been a little more kind and helpful considering our situation. When looking at the parking lot in comparison to the other mechanics in the complex, it’s not shocking to see why it’s to barren.

This place earned my trust and future business immediately. I was certain it needed front end parts and it turned out I was incorrect, just was out of alignment. The owner bill was very kind to accommodate me as a walk-in. Paul looked the truck over and confirmed it had no issues other than needing an alignment. Many places would have happily thrown parts on it that weren't called for. Really appreciate the integrity.

These guys at L&A are awesome and trustworthy! I just had my Kia in for a steering coupler replacement — a common issue with my model — and they had it done in just a few hours. The price was fair, the service was great, and I couldn’t be happier. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone! Just note that they may need a few days to get you on the schedule, so plan ahead.
