After being pleased with their service in the past, I was stunned by the treatment I received last Tuesday by the owner, that all started with a disagreement on the scheduled time of the appointment. Something that could and should have been handled in a professional and effective manner, was not. The experience at L&A Auto is the worst I have ever had in a retail/service environment. I would have given 0 stars if I could have.
