Broke Down 2 miles from there and nick came right out, turned out to be a broken pick up tube in my fuel tank, causing the fuel system to suck air. Nick refused to let me pay for a wrecker to get it to the shop so we primed the system up to get me back to the shop, we had to stop twice to get it there, he couldn’t get it fixed before they clocked out, but they had a great drivers lounge and a shower so pushed me out the door so I could run my APU and stay in the truck till morning when they got me rolling again. Nick was a great guy who really took pride in what he did and worked extremely hard which you don’t see a lot anymore today in a young man Great experience, fair prices, and a top-notch shop Matt Owner Operator From Missouri

Came for alignment yesterday at 1pm and they said they don’t time to do it and I said ok if I leave the truck can you do early morning tomorrow and he said ok. I came now at 9:30am they didn’t touch the truck and stating how mechanic is not there yet. Totally unprofessional shop wasting trucking precious time
