I needed my car battery replaced and brought a new battery but I was told by an associate that I couldn’t have it done since I didn’t buy it from AutoZone. Anthony, goes by Tony, came out and offered to replace it without any hesitation. He even guided me through the process so I know how to do it next time. He has been at AutoZone for several years and I can see why, he has excellent customer service! Thanks to Tony, I’ll be reccomending this location to everyone I know. With Tony’s customer service, I know my car will be in good hands. Make sure to ask for him when you need your car serviced!!

I order 3 parts. I needed the parts soon. They charge me for next day deliver 8 dollars for each parts. I went to the store and only one arrived. One of the worker didn't help at all. They said there's nothing they could. Is FedEx fault. They told me they could return the money and go some where else. This is not the only time I had problems with them. The worker there don't know how to take care of the customer.

My car would not start due to the cold weather and I thought I needed a new battery. I visited the store to buy a new battery and described the problem to Alex. He asked my a few questions and told me it probably isn't the battery. He sold me some fuel injector cleaner and starter cleaner and told me to try and jump the car. It worked! Guy has some anger issues he got mad at me because i asked for my old core and threw at me the some old core that wasn’t even mine , worse customer service guys don’t go to this auto zone they don't know how to treat customers right , if u can avoid that auto zone when he is working do it , but in my case I rather go somewhere else and avoid all their negative energy and that guy needs to get fired I dont know how he is even big boss there with that Attitude.

Brendan (Brandon?) was so kind and patient helping me find the correct windshield wipers because Subaru requires specific ones….5 stars for Brendan. Anthony on the other hand was very rude to his employee in front of the whole store when it wasn’t even his fault I bought the wrong wipers initially. Thank you Brendan!!!!

Left a battery overnight to charge and when picked up in the morning they told me everything was good a young lady that works there was the one that told me, after that went home thinking everything was good just to have a dead battery because it was never charged or tested . Took battery somewhere else was told yeah this battery is dead is was never charged
