I just picked up my car from Katz. This is not my primary driver but a convertible that I have for fun. I was going to get the emissions tested when I noticed the check engine light was on. I was recommended Katz by a girl I work with as being honest and fair. Jeff and Rick were able to take my car same day. It did take a couple of days to figure out what was wrong with it but they did get it all sorted out. They even took it in for the emissions test. I would whole-heartedly recommend this place for your automotive needs.

I am a life long resident of Elgin. Katz has been the only shop that has worked on my 1996 Mazda. From the time I bought the car this father and son team have been truly honest and very helpful. I may have replaced a hose or did some fluid adding here or there. Yet when it comes to brakes and mechanical repairs it’s Katz all the way! They have helped me with Emissions, as well (thank you). Katz keeps me rolling!
