No recomwndado este diler estafa los clientes cuando uno lleva a cervicio los carros enpiesan a fallar y segun eyos canbian piesas por nuevas y no no es asi eyos me canbiaron una piesa q ase poco plbolvio a fallar y lo lleva otro mecanico y dijo q esa era misma piesa q el carro traia de fabrica nunca la abian canbiado y segun eyos la abian canbiado ya

Please beware when shopping with them!
I bought my car in February, it hasn’t even been a year yet, and my car has broken down and needs a new engine. Between now and the time i’ve bought it it’s had oil consumption issues, airbag issues, sensor issues and more. The lady that answers the phone is no help and literally gatekeeps the manager like you can’t speak to them. I brought it back for my tire sensors in march to be replaced and they replaced one and turned the light off. The warranty they sell you is garbage and covers literally nothing. Do not come to this dealer unless you want to waste months of your time and money. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I’ve worked for the loquercios in the past and it’s strange that they’d own such a scummy dealer and scam their own employees! Do better

FATAL, NO RECOMIENDO ESTE DEALER SOLO ESTAFAN , FUI EN EL MES DE MARZO ME VENDIERON UN AUDI Q3 2017, EL CUAL AL MES DE HABERLO LLEVADO SE DAÑO LA BATERIA CUANDO FUI ME DIJERON QUE ELLOS NO CUBREN NADA DE ESO QUE YO SABIA QUE EL CARRO ERA USADO,EL CARRO PRESENTA EL MOTOR DAÑADO, VOLVI Y ME PRESENTE ME REPITIERON NUEVAMENTE QUE EL CARRO ES USADO,QUE NO TIENE GARANTIA DE NADA!!!GRACIAS AL ACESOR JOSE PAIVA AHORA TENGO UN CARRO QUE EN CUALQUIER MOMENTO ME DEJARA EN LA CALLE Y CON UNA DEUDA DE 23MIL DOLARES AL BANCO CON UNA MENSUALIDAD DE 553 MENSUAL!!!!
