First of all, John Carroll is a person of integrity, honesty, and kindness! He connected me with salesperson Mark LaMere who was absolutely amazing! He knew everything there was about the vehicle I eventually purchased. Mark was kind, professional but personal, took time to hear what I was looking for and then delivered it! He took such care and time to get everything just right. I very much appreciated the whole experience here, and just how detailed the explanation of everything was related to the purchase and details of my new car. I love my new VW Atlas! Tyler was exceeding helpful and friendly. Got into a car wreck and totaled or 2011 vw tiguan. It saved our lives so we got a 2024 vw tiguan and the process was smooth. Tyler went above and beyond. Excellent customer service. Only thing on website said it had blind spot monitor and when we got the vehicle it did not have it. So just verify it matches with what the website says.

I’m normally not a fan of auto dealerships because their salespeople make it an awful and uncomfortable experience. So, when I decided to lease a new vehicle, I did some research and was pleasantly surprised that Ed Carroll VW had the best reviews in my area. With my fingers crossed, I went in to test drive some vehicles, particularly the 2025 Tiguan that is part of their sale through November 31st. Upon my arrival to Ed Carroll Volkswagen, I was greeted by the front desk personnel and quickly introduced to Joe Vargas. Joe is a very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind person. I test drove the car and instantly fell in love with it. It was getting late and close to closing time, so without any pressure, Joe asked me when I wanted to come back and have my vehicle appraised and to test drive the vehicle again. He didn’t demand I return the next day, or even the following week. I was pleasantly surprised and let him know I would call him the next Friday. Not one time did Joe make me feel pressured, nor did he harass me by phone or email (all the other dealerships are still emailing, texting & calling me). I called him late the next Friday (11/7) and made an appointment for the next day (11/8). He offered me anytime that worked for ME (with 2 exceptions as he was already booked ). On Saturday I texted Joe and needed to push my appointment to later in the day. He was SO understanding, flexible, and accommodating. When I arrived, I sat down with Joe. He took his time explaining everything we spoke about previously, listened and answered my questions, and was the most HONEST salesman I have ever encountered!! Even more surprisingly, Joe and his manager, Carlos, managed to get me $2500 over KBB’s suggested trade in value. I not only got the exact vehicle I WANTED they made sure it was within my budget!! I have never been so happy to return to a dealership, even just to stop in and say hello. I am SUPER impressed and EXTREMELY grateful for Joe, Carlos, and Lane. I highly recommend Joe Vargas and the whole team at Ed Carroll VW.

My VW Buzz salesperson, Darren Sussman and his entire team at Ed Carroll’s Volkswagen and Audi Dealership in Fort Collins, were excellent to work with and made it easy to do business! Two years ago I started petitioning to secure the first available VW Buzz. Darren was the most knowledgeable and service oriented salesman I ever met in my 71 years buying cars! He is an Audi and VW expert with a passion for his vehicles! He knows his stuff! He is smart and fun, a trait that is welcoming. Having spent 43 years in Sales, I appreciated Darren and Carlos for their consultative selling techniques that came naturally and from the heart! They walked me thru the process from day one, keeping me up to date and informed. They really take pride in their relationships and the product. I admire their work ethic and look forward to the next 8 years of vehicle warranty on The VWBuzz so I can keep in touch with their smiling faces! They sold me the very FIRST VWBuzz sold and registered in the entire State of Colorado! Driving the Buzz is like riding on a cloud! Call these guys for a test drive and you will become a fan! We worked with Tyler and had the smoothest car buying experience. My husband and I owned a 2011 Tiguan that happened to get totaled. We T-boned a truck doing at least 40 mph. Our Tiguan pushed 18 inches into the truck. My husband needs a total knee replacement (he was driving), I broke my sternum and blew out 3 disks in my neck. In my heart I know it saved our lives. Always wear your seatbelt, it may hurt in an accident but it's worth it. We bought a 2024 Tiguan simply because I know I'm safe.
