Best alignment place in town!! Took my car in, Rod checked it out and told me my control arm was bent, left with no charge just told to bring it back after I replaced it. I have brought him 3 cars now, all A+++ service. I can usually get a same day appointment.

Performed alignment on my son’s Subaru Forester quite a while back. Rod told me the problem was mostly with the tires. They were also getting worn and needed replacing. Replaced the tires a day later and the car has driven straight ever since. Will return here for future alignments on my vehicles. Straight shooter and honest.

Seriously, the best. My husband and I tried two other "well known" alignment shops in Loveland and Fort Collins trying to get his truck properly aligned. Ruined a set of tires before we found this gem. He worked with me over the course of two days and two new tires. We will never go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and give him a whirl. In a sweet little neighborhood near old town.

Rod is meticulous, quick, diligent and affordable. I take all my vehicles here for alignment and much more. He does general auto repair along with alignment and his work is impeccable. These days, its extremely hard to find an honest and trustworthy mechanic, Rod & straightline are rhe exception. As long as Rod & straightline is in business, I will continue to take all my vehicles to him as well as refer anybody needing alignment, oil changes, brakes, really any general auto care as long as he is in business. Call Rod, you wont be disappointed. BTW, i LOVE the old school auto shop feel in the turn and burn auto repair industry we currently are in.

Took my truck here to get an alignment. Thought I had a great experience truck seemed fine but it turned out all the lower control arm bushings were bad and the rack bushings were bad. Why not tell me that and not make me waste my money on an alignment!!

Was having some strange vibrations when accelerating over 70mph and was convinced it was some kind of alignment issue. Was at the point that the tires had worn badly and were bald on the inside and outside of the tread pattern. Literally the day before a road trip (PERFECT!). I make an appointment to bring in the truck for an alignment last minute. They took one look at the tires and pointed out that I hadn't got my tires balanced (my fault) and recommended NO alignment and just to get a few new tires. Not many mechanics will be super honest with you and turn down a few bucks, but these guys did and was quite refreshing and surprising. Even though I got free advice and no services done, I would 100% go back to this shop for repairs in the future because of their honesty and genuineness.

Rob was completely honest, open, knowledgable and efficient. He really knows his stuff. A couple months ago I brought my BMW 335i xDrive to him with an issue. My car was pulling to one side, but only over potholes or bad roads with washboard surfaces. After I had changed my own brake pads, rotors and installed a new front drive axle myself, I brought my car to him and explained the issue. I was worried the axle nut perhaps wasn't torqued to the right spec (over 300 ft/lbs!). He got my car right in on the alignment machine and moments later came to the front office to get me and show me that all alignment settings were already within spec. He even then checked the axle nut torque and found it was just fine, too. He helped me diagnose the issue, which were the front struts and rear shocks. I replaced those myself, later. My experience was outstanding with Rob and I would highly recommend him. After all he did to help me, he wouldn't even accept anything from me in payment. He did all that for me no charge. Gave me a lot of peace of mind. Very pleased.

I went to Rod at straight line for the first time recently and i WILL be going back. He did a great job on my car, and as a former auto tech I know when someone is trying to give me the run around or perform sub standard work. I trust Rod and plan on taking my other vehicle to him as well. Did I mention he has the cheapest alignment in town? It's a win win.

Showed up Monday morning at opening to get an alignment. The man there asked if I had an appointment. I informed him that the website doesn’t say anything about needing an appointment to which he responded “doesn’t say anything about walk-ins either. You should’ve called”. Well my incident happened on a Saturday and they’re closed on the weekends. He did manage to fit me in and then informed me that my control arm was bent. I was appreciative and went home to fix my issue. Tried calling back two more times that day to schedule an appointment for the following day for an alignment, and never got an answer. I then showed up before 5pm during their hours, and they were already gone. In hindsight, I’m glad I got treated so poorly because I found somewhere else that us a better attitude and is ready/willing to work.

This is absolutely the BEST place in Fort Collins for an alignment. Called 6 other places, all quotes over $100 plus some pitched 20-point inspection which I did not need. Straightline quoted $89.95 with next day appointment. Not located in high-rent industrial area. Service finished in 20 min. My Lexus was put on the rack, specs taken and printed, did not need an alignment, charged $40 for his time. If you are going anywhere else you are wasting your money. This Is The Place.

I can't express with words how grateful I am to this shop. Theybare top notch and TRUSTED. He just wants to get you on the road asap and doesn't try to upsell you anything. He is fast, super nice, and cares about his work. I was quoted over 2500 for a series at a very well known local shop. Took it here, and it cost me a couple hundred bucks. First off.. The owner/technician is a grumpy old man with a serious chip on his shoulder. Not pleasant to deal with.. Acts put out even to answer the phone, and even worse in person. You get what you pay for..a cheap alignment! After alignment, my steering wheel was off and crooked worse than when I brought it to him, so I brougt the vehicle back a second time to which he took it in, and said he did another alignment, and the steering wheel was still crooked. Called back and even offered to bring in two more of my vehicles for alignments if he could fix the first one. He would not warranty his work and said there's nothing more he would do. Now I have to drive with my steering wheel pointed left to drive straight.. hardly living up the the name Straightline alignment.

They quoted me at over a $1300 dollars to do the work. Thankfully after seeing online reviews I gave them a call. Turns out the parts were all perfectly fine and alignment could be done.
