They have super cool people like Erica who install almost any part for FREE and recycle your parts. Went in to get a quart of oil and, upon waiting for checkout, there are 4 free employees at their counters who can check me out. Not a single one acknowledged my existence after about 5 minutes of standing literally RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. Eventually I put the oil down and just left the store. The most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen.
