We just bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee & this dealership is where we will service our vehicle. Unfortunately our 4 x E has had some problems & this dealership is doing everything possible to make sure our vehicle is good to go. Their customer service has been incredible & over the top positive for us! Michael the manager has been great with his communication & making sure we are kept in the loop about our vehicle. I'm bummed our brand new Jeep has issues but I'm grateful we can count on our local dealership to help us out! I highly recommend Fort Collins Jeep for buying a vehicle or just getting your car serviced. Awesome nice place!!

Brian, the service manager, was great!!! So were Stephanie & Jordan in the office. We needed an emergency repair as we were in town for just a few days, and Brian slipped us in. All three of these folks were professional, interesting, knowledgeable, and downright enjoyable. We could not have asked for better service or a more pleasant experience. Everyone else we saw in the place was equally helpful. We would return to Fort Collins Jeep any time were were in the area. A window showed us the actual work area. We have NEVER seen a mechanics shop so clean!!

Hit or miss on their service. An oil change for my Jeep was sheduled a month in advance. I drop it off at 7:45 am on a Monday. I don't hear from my service rep until 5pm that my car isn't ready. I had to call him to inquire about the status. Oil change has not been completed. Same thing the next day. If I'm not calling Patrick, my service rep, I'm not getting updates about the status. Again I call at 5pm to ask if they have completed the service. They still haven't done the oil change on my car, "they are getting it wrapped up". I'm wondering if they really did an oil change or just slapped a sticker on my car. Two days for an oil change and some diagnostic work. Poor service this go around. No care or concern from the rep. My previous service went as expect, drop off for oil change, car picked up same day.

Business is very clean and offer a lounge to wait for your car to be serviced. I had an appointment and was able to pull in with no wait and time of service was prompt. My only negative side was the gentleman that helped me this time was a little condescending like some men can be when talking to women about cars they think they know nothing about. He wasn’t overtly rude so I brushed it off and that only warrants one star take away in my opinion.

Great work, I have never seen such work anywhere else I have no words to appreciate ! They text me …..:::(Hey just wanted to let you know it looks like the front brake are close to needing replacement they measure 3mm at this time would you like a quote for front pads and rotors? I said okay change,The brakes stopped working at a speed of 35. My jeep got serviced on 27th September and failed emissions test on 3rd October

Took my leased jeep into the service department for car play issues that had happened almost two years ago. During that repair a new deck was installed. The same issue started happening intermittently. No connection to phone via blue tooth or AUX cord, feed back, pandora showing playing on the screen without sound, the maps zooming in and out and screen jumping . I was told that they couldn’t replicate the issues I had complained of and they were going to get star link involved. They did not have any time frame on getting my car back to me, they did not have a rental and it wasn’t normal to take my car because they had to wait on star link. I get the call and voicemail today, that they want me to bring my phone and AUX cord to them and test it out on a similar model. This service advisor didn’t really listen to the words intermittent, I sent a video showing the screen zooming in and out and jumping. They should do a bit more listening as I was very specific with a known jeep issue and had the issue a year or two prior. So my issue still isn’t fixed and I feel like because I am a female it wasn’t even taken seriously. I will not buy or lease another jeep from this dealership due to their service department.

Bought a Jeep here and have had multiple oil changes and recalls. From calling in to make an appointment to getting it serviced, never had an issue. Everyone I have met here is nice and helpful. I'm glad I bought a Jeep at this dealership. Have not had great experiences elsewhere (non-Jeep dealerships). Great people.

I had new tires put in because it was time to. Then when I left the lot the tire pressure light went off “tire pressure sensor not reading,” I went back in and they told me the sensor is broken and need a new one….. long story short I had to pay for a new sensor. How would this have been an issue after I had my car in the shop and not before? A bit of unfair and unfortunate circumstances, I will not be buying tires or having them rotated here any longer. Don’t we pay top $ to get the best service and care? But at least the women helping me check in and out were so kind and understandable they added a $10 coupon.

Recently had my 2018 Jeep Serviced & Kymberly was the best!! And No, it was not perfect. But when there was a Hiccup & I had to bring my Jeep back in - Kymberly was sure to get me back in the very next day & get the the problem resolved. And with any business - there will be issues. But you are judged by how you handle an "issues". And why I highly recommend Fort Collins Jeep Service Department!!
