I own a '06 Saab 9-3 and Ken is hands down the best mechanic who has worked on it. He really takes pride in and truly cares about his work. I had a knocking sound in my suspension I, and 3 other mechanics, couldn't figure out. In 2 minutes of driving my car he knew what it was and was able to fix it the same day. He also cleared a fault for my headlight and tightened a loose bolt in my door without me asking and with no charge. I highly recommend him!

Ken and his crew are knowledgeable and conscientious. I've had good experience with them over 13 years of owning a Saab 9-3. I want to underscore his TRUSTWORTHINESS as I compare my experiences with various auto repair shops and various vehicles -- Ken will alert me to potential upcoming issues with my car but there are no high-pressure scare tactics used to get more of my money, and I really appreciate that. He knows a lot about Saabs and has been great at dealing with quirky issues. I still have a solidly running car at 170K miles.

This is a great place to purchase a used car from. The owner and master mechanic Ken is honest and straightforward plus he really knows cars. During the test drive of the car we eventually bought, we noticed some minor issues. Ken gladly fixed those up for us. Plus he patiently answered our questions about the car history and about the car in general. No pressure, no haggling. We’ll be headed back to Ken the next time we’re looking for a good used car.

In April of 2019 (before the dreadful 2020 experience) I found Ken's website hunting down the perfect car. I've always wanted a Volvo and found a beautiful red V70 at his location in Fort Collins. I bought the car the moment i was able to drive it because it was an overall very nice match for what i was looking for and a fair price. Ken was able to negotiate out a little bit of work on the car before i picked it up and gave it to me in better condition than when I'd even first looked at it. After some minor upgrades and some new tires it drives like a dream and gets a lot of looks. You'd be hard pressed to believe it's a 20 year old car! People will actually stop me to tell me it's a cool car and reminisce on having one in the past. Also when I've needed help with little things Ken has always been very helpful! Thanks Ken!

Great experience! Ken Morrison is a very professional Master Technician. He knows cars inside and out. I purchased a 2006 Volvo XC70 from him. This is our 10th Volvo, so I know what to look for in these vehicles. Ken went into extreme detail, outlining what he knew about the car and what he had repaired and replaced. He then discussed options and made suggestions for items that he had not addressed. The Volvo was professionally detailed and looked great. Full disclosure. No pressure. I highly recommend Ken.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. No pressure like other sales lots and I left feeling confident in the vehicle I purchased. The owner was very honest about the condition of the vehicle and went above and beyond to fix the issues he pointed out. And he pointed out some stuff I would have never known about. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. In august of 2023 I purchased a 2006 Subaru forester from Ken and have had NOTHING but issues since purchasing. I am now going over $2,750 into this vehicle with just over 5,000 miles since purchasing. The same week as purchasing, I had to put $500 in breaks on the car. Then I had constant issues with check engine lights with cylinder 3 misfires and catalytic converter issues that cost me several hundred dollars to continue working on. And it supposedly had a new clutch and flywheel installed by Ken himself before I purchased it, and now just after 5,000 miles I am having to put in a new full clutch assembly that is going to cost over $1,800. And Ken is not willing to work me on the clutch that HE REPLACED. I would not purchase from him again, and do not recommend others do, so that they do not get stuck spending thousands on the vehicle they purchase from him. UPDATE as of 11/8/2023. The mechanic who is a second opinion I’ve brought the car to advised me that Ken did the absolute cheapest option when “replacing the clutch” as he had advertised. The flywheel was not replaced, the throw out bearing was not replaced, nothing was resurfaced and no other parts replaced with his “clutch replacement”. Buyer beware. Seriously. UPDATE as of 12/5/2023. I am ANOTHER 2K into repairs. Oil pump leaking, water pump leaking, thermostat leaking and broken, and had to replace all the timing with the oil pump and water pump. So now I am about $4,700$ into this car within 6,000 miles of owning it.

Calvin and Ken have been really nice to work with!! They are attentive, considerate and upfront. Getting ahold of them was easy and their vibes were perfessional and friendly. At the time I was under some finanncial limitations and they helped with a small loan allowing me to pay off the vehicle over the period of 1 year. The 1997 Infiniti QX4 met all my expectations. Calvin already took care of the emissions testing, got me a temporary tag, and ordered my new title. He also told us not to hesitate to give them a call if there were any issues. There is nothing negative to say about this place. Ken and Calvin are great. I first purchased a car that had a ABS light on. They pointed it out while test driving and said they are going to fix as part of the purchase price. It ended up being a way bigger issue then first thought. So I got a call from Ken (owner) and he apologized and said they would refund me or they had just picked up a Jetta from the auction. If I liked it it is mine they would hold it until I could take a look at it. This car is for my mom in NE and worked perfect for her. The buying process was easy and paperwork made simple. This place is truly honest and doesn't try and pull one over on you. They value there reputation and appreciate good word of mouth. Small business' like this are hard to come by these days. If in the market for a used car give them your business.
