After getting a low estimate from insurance for some very extensive hail damage and going to a competitor who wasn't easy to work with, Carriage Shoppe was a true blessing. They quickly realized the repair would cost 3x the insurance estimator's quote, and worked with my insurance company to get it all covered without me having to get involved at all. In addition, they quoted me 4-6 weeks for completion and it came in on the low end with continuous realistic updates along the way. My car looks great (even detailed the inside for me which was pretty bad) and I'm confident in their workmanship. Huge thanks to Scott and the rest of the Carriage Shoppe team. If you are looking for a good car repair shop with reputable people who do good work don't hesitate to work with them.

I've used Carriage Shoppe a couple of times now and in each instance things have gone as well as I could hope for. Scott communicated status updates with me consistently, I felt well-informed. It was tough to get one of the important components for my repair, and the team identified an alternate option that reduced the wait time. They also went above and beyond, working late on a Friday to wrap up the rebuild and clean my car to get me on the road fro a trip I was taking. My truck came back super clean and looking great. Would highly recommend them.

Carriage Shoppe did an amazing job fixing the scratches on my car! They were super friendly and helpful. I had a couple of nasty scratches on the side of my car from a parking lot mishap. Alora and the team at Carriage Shoppe took care of the scratches and the car looks great! When I picked up my car, they had washed and vacuumed it and even put ArmorAll on the tires. It looked like a brand-new car! Great work, Carriage Shoppe! Customer satisfaction is your priority. If you need any body work or painting, Carriage Shoppe is the place to go. Six stars!

Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful :) I picked up my vehicle from getting it fixed up and there was a small issue I noticed a few days later. But they were quick to resolve this and my car has never looked better! They also fixed my handles on my car that would get stuck sometimes, even though that wasn’t something I came in for (no extra charge) Super friendly and efficient :)

I am beyond impressed with my experience here. I needed moderate repairs due to an accident. They work with Enterprise and the rental car was waiting for me at drop-off. They completed the work ahead of schedule, including some extra unrelated work I asked for. They kept me updated by text. I picked up my car in much better shape than it was before the accident, looked like it was completely detailed. All the things I did not clean out of my car were placed into a tote bag, and they even cleaned a massive detergent spill I had not had time to clean out of my trunk. Would not hesitate to have all future work done here.

My car has been hit three times in parking lots. Once major damage and the other two minor. The body work and paint they did good job each time. Replaced a tail light while I waited. Fair priced. However, dealing with the receptionist is hit or miss. I was supposed to get called when parts were in, never happened. I just swung by to check and they were in and car got fixed immediately. Another time stood there for like 2 to 3 mins before she asked can I help you. The first time she was great...side note...each time I was there I was the only one in the shop... So body work and paint 5 stars Service, friendliness, etc. 3 stars Pricing 4 stars

This isn’t the first time I’ve used Carriage Shoppe, but it will be the last. Took my vehicle in for an estimate and when I decided to schedule the appointment to get it fixed, I had a terrible experience. I spoke with Valerie who spoke to me in a very condescending and disrespectful tone. I called her out on it and scheduled the appointment anyway. When I called back and asked to speak to a manager, she lied and said she was the manager and that the only other person there was Steve, who did estimates. She argued with me and was extremely unprofessional and rude. I called again and spoke to Steve who connected me to the actual manager, Mike, who scolded me for the phone call, before he said “if there are this many problems right out the gate, maybe this isn’t the shop for you.” If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service and consideration is a joke. Which is laughable, because I’ve done business with them in the past and they were the complete opposite from what they are now. Do better, be better. And retrain your employees on how to speak to people who are giving you their business.

I had such a great experience with Carriage Shoppe! I crunched up the hood of my car and was feeling pretty stressed, but from the moment I walked in, they were incredible. They offered me a drink, were genuinely kind, and took the time to talk me through every step of the repair process. They gave me updates pretty often, which really helped ease my mind while my car was in the shop. Not only did they fix the hood to perfection, it looks brand new but they also detailed the inside of my car, which was such a sweet surprise. Everyone there was so friendly and thoughtful. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Carriage Shoppe restored my vehicle to a state of perfection!! My car was side-swiped across 3 panels. They replaced the passenger door, repainted it in a flawless scarlet red, applied a clear bra, refinished a scratched wheel rim, aligned the wheels, replaced the mirror, and handled many other details with incredible precision. From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. Scott, the estimator, was extremely helpful with scheduling, overseeing the repairs, and keeping me informed every step of the way. Valerie at reception was friendly and made sure I always knew the status of my car. The entire team—Zach, Paul, Kirk, and others—did A+ work making the car look absolutely perfect. When I picked up my car, it was polished, cleaned, vacuumed, and spotless—the attention to detail was impressive! I would not take my car anywhere else for body work. Their customer service was top quality. They communicated every step of the way so I knew exactly where my car was in the process and when I was going to get it back. In addition, they detailed it very nicely and uncovered a pair of expensive sunglasses I had lost a year ago and couldn't find. You will be in great hands if you take your vehicle to this amazing shop.
