All of the staff were super helpful and friendly! The report that was sent after the work was completed was so thorough, complete with pictures and easy to understand explanations for everything. Would definitely recommend this place for any car work you need done!

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They were also very upfront and honest about what work needed to be done as well as informing me of some work that will need to be done in the future. I felt very comfortable with them and would definitely recommend this shop to others. The free ride home after dropping my vehicle off was a great surprise.

I had an excellent experience with King’s Auto Center. They repaired my car quickly and did a great job. Everyone I interacted with—from the kind woman in the office to Sam at the counter and Steve, my technician—was friendly, professional, and helpful. They came highly recommended to me, and now I’m happy to recommend them to others as well. Truly good people—if you need car service, go to King’s!

My Honda's VSA (Vehicle Stability Assist) light went off and the car would not move out of park. Saw King's Auto had many great reviews online. After car was towed they did a complete diagnostic - found that break light sensor was not connecting - had car back the next day. Great customer service and reasonable!

This is the only place I will take my vehicle. In a past repair they did an excellent job with the drive shaft replacement. With my most current repair they continued excellent work in replacing bearings, hubs, belts, and brakes. The work is timely, the cost is accurate and legitimate, and the environment is professional.

I had a great experience with King’s Auto. They were able to get me in fast, provided quality service at a reasonable price, and made the whole process easy. Excellent customer service — I’ll be returning for future maintenance.

This company is not trust worthy. They performed a diagnostics on my vehicle and then returned it in lesser condition than originally brought in. They had returned my vehicle with the top radiator hose completely disconnected causing extreme driving hazards, and then denied responsibility. Any mechanic willing to put their own customers safety at jeopardy and then lie about the truth afterwards is by definition untrustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. It's not worth getting ripped off by Kings Auto.

The front desk guys were honest and transparent about costs. They worked with me to pickup my van after hours. The business was transparent about them being busy but they still got me a slot within 3 days of my phone call and delivered on the service on time. I will definitely go back to them.

Adam was very knowledgeable and patient, the service (headlight replacement) was done well and quickly, and I appreciated the detail and thoroughness of the general inspection. Being able to go over the inspection, comments/suggestions, and pics (available online via a link from an email that also included a summarized PDF) was extremely helpful.

Brought my Honda in for an Engine Emissions light check - after I'd already gotten the code. Had the car all day. When I picked it up I was told they "spent 3 hours looking for the problem and found nothing. If it happens again, bring it in we won't charge you." So I was charged $237 in labor, and NO PARTS and they replaced NOTHING. One month later, same emissions light, same code checked - when I called them I was told it would be the cost of the part & labor. So I'd be paying TWICE for the same problem. DO NOT TRUST King's. Feb. 9: Markley Honda found & fixed the problem in 1-1/2 hrs. for $157. So I call bullshit on Kings Auto!

I was born in Colorado and moved to Fort Collins in 2012, I have lived here ever since. I have tried multiple repair shops for mine and my wife’s vehicles over the years. I have been using Kings Auto since 2018. Since then, I stopped trying other shops. Our vehicles have never run better. They have a maintenance program that has kept my trucks from breaking down and they always let me know whether something needs attention now or whether it can wait. I appreciate the honesty and feel that they have my best interests in mind rather than pushing me to spend more. My first time here, I brought them a very old truck that was kind of on its last leg. I asked them to get it running again because it was sentimental to me. They provided me with a lot of details about what needed to be fixed. It was a combination of pictures, videos, and explanations. I liked the fact that I was able to understand what was needed and why. I gave them approval to move forward on the work. It took some time, longer than they originally said, but when I drove it for the first time after picking it up, it was worth it. The truck ran smoother than ever before. I did have to bring it back for a leak that they fixed but they warrantied it and put me in loaner. I liked the fact they took responsibility and made it right. After that, I brought them my family’s other trucks and it’s been a good experience. I don’t have to worry about knowing what is due or when since they keep a record of past and future scheduled work. They make it easy to stay on top of the maintenance schedules. My wife also takes her 4runner in by herself and they treat her very well. She has had poor experiences in the past with other garages treating her poorly but tells me she feels comfortable and respected when at Kings.

King’s Auto did a great job communicating throughout the entire process and made everything incredibly easy. Their team was professional, thorough, and kept me updated while my car was being serviced. It was also really nice that they provided a loaner car for a couple of days as this made the whole experience so much more convenient. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend King’s Auto to anyone needing reliable and friendly automotive care.

King’s Auto is legit great. Fair prices, fast service, great communication, thorough and reliable work. I tried a lot of garages before King’s, including Subaru dealerships, and none of them checked all the boxes. This is now the second Outback I’ve taken to King’s and they always do a great job.

The staff at Kings was great. They kept me informed of what was going on sent pictures with explanations and sent me an estimate of the work. My car was done when they said it would be and it has been running smoothly ever since. Would highly recommend.

10/10 would recommend. Sam W. (service advisor) was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Samuel R. (Technician) was very knowledgeable and informative, able to get to the bottom of the problem quickly. Lots of places out there, but rare to find a place you trust. I will be choosing Kings for future service needs.

I recently used King’s Auto to have my 1998 4Runner looked at and had a great experience. They did a really good job explaining what needed to be done and were transparent with pricing, which I really appreciated. The complimentary Lyft rides to and from the shop were a huge help and made everything very convenient. Sam assisted me throughout the process and was terrific to work with. I would definitely recommend King’s Auto.

I’ve been going to King’s Auto since I was probably 7 years old (well my dad did before me!) I can’t imagine having my car serviced anywhere else. Their checks are thorough and I think priced very fairly for a 55 point check and their expert advice! They have never made me feel pressured into any service. They’re open and honest about when something is a safety concern, or when it could later become a concern. And I love their service report, it comes straight to text and I can see photos of any issues and explanations on why a repair is important and any notes they’ve left. I also appreciate how quickly they can give me a good quote on larger services, and it’s very accurate. As long as I live in NoCo, I will want them to be my mechanics!

NOTE: THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THEIR PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION (no other service so far). King's was on the expensive end compared to other shops, but definitely thorough and probably saved me several thousand on a rusty, poorly-maintained Toyota 4Runner. I had chosen them based on reviews and impression over the phone. They were friendly and estimated 4 hrs. (a good sign) for their 79-point inspection, which included checking all major components / systems as well as test driving it, scanning the electronic control modules, and checking the CARFAX. They also put it on a lift and checked the undercarriage for rust, leaks, etc. They sent pictures / videos for most items and were willing to talk through everything over the phone afterward. I'd definitely recommend in general; they'll take care of you. My only slight caution is that they might advocate too many fixes that aren't actually needed yet. Several items on the report were just a general recommendation to replace/service "X" part at "X" interval, but nothing about the current state and whether service was needed for this particular vehicle. They also said a few things were "required" that weren't actually urgent or critical to safety/drivability. However, I'll take that any day over the opposite extreme (being unthorough). If you're able to use some of your own judgment when needed, this is a solid place! Thank you, Sean, Steve, and company.
