Ken's did an outstanding job replacing the exhaust on my truck and performing a 4-wheel alignment! They provided a thorough inspection report with pictures and videos informing me of issues that need attention, but not pressuring me to have them resolve the issues. Their pricing is fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work performed. Josie and Lauren were very pleasant and knowledgeable when they called me. They met their commitments and their pricing met their quote. It's always nice to deal with honest people with integrity!

Excellent work! All I needed was a muffler “modification”. Work done well within my financial and time constraints and good coffee!!!

Took in my F150 because the muffler on it when I bought it was droning loud at most RPMs. Ken’s installed a stainless model that has a pleasant tone and makes driving the truck more pleasant.

Well, I’ve done business with Ken’s in the past and they do great exhaust work hence my return. Unfortunately my experience this time has been less than awesome. The good. The technician Michael that worked on my car did great work. Reception staff were friendly and courteous. The bad. I was quoted $1,200 for the entire exhaust system. They realized that it only needed new mufflers and tips yet still charged me $1,200. Had a few other things to address. Ended up purchasing a new intake manifold which is incorrect and now needing new valve covers to fix the issue with the incorrect intake (additional hundreds of dollars). And lastly, they test drove my classic car (that was spotless when I dropped it off to them) after it rained and the streets were wet. No manger on site to discuss my repairs and my concerns after spending several thousands of dollars with them. Extremely disappointed especially considering how expensive these repairs were! I won’t be doing business with Ken’s Muffler ever again.

Ken's crew worked on one of those "phantom electrical" issues for me - gave it a thorough check-out and treated me right on the price. Would definitely return!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. $344 dollars for a "diagnostic" only for them to tell me blatantly obvious stuff. They dropped my driver side window into the door but didn't fix it. They popped the body clips out of my headlight. .. and didn't fix it. Very subpar service for the price paid. This is outrageous. I get my truck is old. But the same level of care should be utilized for every age of vehicle. Especially with such outrageously high diagnostic fees with zero work done. Literally no work was done. 344 dollars in diagnostic for them to tell me absolutely nothing. "Fuel pressure regulator and maybe an egr gasket" they stated it would cost over $300 for a fuel pressure regulator. Which is a $30 item and takes less than 10 minutes to replace. Do NOT go to this place.

Well, I bought back my 'totaled' Chevy S-10 that I love from my insurance company and I was telling Scottie about it and how I couldn't drive it, couldn't open the passenger door, etc. Scottie said let me have a look and 3 weeks later I was back on the road with damaged replaced with used parts and driving it!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but people need to know when a shop is dishonest. I took my ’14 SRT Jeep into Ken’s Muffler to get an estimate on quieting the exhaust. This Jeep isn’t stock — it has performance mods — so I expected a straightforward conversation about options. When I picked it up, I noticed the odometer had an extra mile on it. I let that slide at first, but the vehicle went in for an exhaust estimate only — there was no reason it should have been test-driven, and if there was, it should have been explained to me. On the way home, my traction control light came on. Later, while checking things over, I found that the 4WD fuse had been pulled and left out, which forces the Jeep into rear-wheel drive. There is no legitimate reason for them to do this during an exhaust inspection. To me, it’s clear the vehicle was taken on a quick hot rod test drive without my permission. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and dishonest. Customers deserve transparency and respect with their vehicles.

I’ve been using Ken’s for 4 or 5 years now. The team is awesome, and their customer service is phenomenal. I really love the CRM (customer relationship management) software they use, it’s easy to see my full diagnostic, view my truck’s history, and get updates. They are super honest and willing to walk through everything. I never feel like they are trying to get me to do more and really have my trucks longevity in mind.

Me and my stepdad have been going to Kens for well over 10 years with multiple vehicles. Recently we both felt that their quality of service has dropped significantly. For instance, I had a full exhaust system done with them for my truck, (which is what they are known for) the welds were absolutely horrible on the exhaust and broke within the first month when I brought the truck in they didn’t apologize whatsoever and only decided to cover it because it was under warranty. My stepdad also brought his truck in awhile ago for routine service. While it was there one of their technicians damaged The valve stem completely ruining one of his rims. They released the truck to him like this, and he had to figure out for himself that The valve stem was destroyed. After bringing it back to them, they said they would give Him money for a new rim which was ridiculous as they should buy an install the rim there self's which eventually they did with persuasion. As much as a pains me to say this, please don’t go here they overcharge and do not care about doing right by there customers.

I want to let it be know that service at Ken's Automotive Repair is much more than an experience. They have provided PEACE within a storm of car issues. They have helped in ways that are not just car repairs. They have never made me feel uncertain or doubtful about what has to be fixed. I myself and a family member require transportation due to disabilities along with terminal illnesses. The team at Ken's have gone over and beyond my expectations. They take the pressure of how do I get back home, how do I go pick the car up after repairs! Also they have helped calm my nerves down about possibly buying a problematic vehicle. Ken's Automotive Repair has made a substantial difference in my hope and understanding the inner works of my vehicle. They have a marquis sign that says we work on Hondas and they stand by commitment.

After a minor accident that caused a lot of weird damage, a quick call to Hannah at Ken’s and we had the vehicle towed over there quickly. Shortly after that Rob reached out and gave me the details on the damage. Rob was patient while we decided what we were going to do to keep costs down on the repairs and they seriously delivered! I cannot say how thankful to the staff, their patience and their hard work and true dedication to keeping their word. This was not an easy fix because nothing went as it was supposed to, but they never gave up! Rob, (my new bff), kept in communication with me throughout this whole process and always gave me a chuckle, keeping everything positive. One other note: Ken’s is that family shop you always hear about. They make you feel like they’ve known your family for years and put that same dedication into their repair work. Thank you Ken’s!

Took my car in for an exhaust leak, thinking that I just had a hole somewhere in the piping that could be cut out and replaced with a piece of pipe, a simple task that every single other muffler shop out there is capable of without issue. Ken’s said that I had a bad muffler and that I needed to replace it, okay fair enough. I was thinking they looked underneath thoroughly and figured out what the exact cause of the leak was. Quoted $600 just to replace my muffler. Too expensive to pay for a cheap Honda so I just decided to replace my entire resonator pipe and muffler myself for half the price. Come to find out after pulling my muffler off that it was in great condition and didn’t need replacing. There were however two huge holes just a little further upstream that were causing the leak. How can this place even call itself a muffler shop and incorrectly diagnose such a simple issue? Any other muffler shop would have found the leak and slapped a piece of pipe on there for not more than $100 to fix it. Not this place. They also told me my car needed new shocks and proceded to get me to buy into their “Shocktober” sale. I didn’t ask for a whole vehicle inspection. I took my car in expecting a shop that brands itself as an exhaust shop to do what those sorts of places normally do. May look like a charming local exhaust repair shop that’ll do you a solid, but it just reminded me of those overpriced chain locations.

I am pleased with the service I had performed at Ken's. They gave me a fair price for what I requested and kindly dropped me at home after I dropped my car off there. They did suggest other services after completing an unsolicited inspection. One such service was cabin air filter replacement, for which they wanted to charge me over $300! (This is a 20-30 minute DIY requiring night more than a couple screwdrivers and a $16 filter). As always, be smart, research and shop around for prices on specific services. A given shop might give you a great price on service x, but charge you an exorbitant price for service y. 4.5/5
