Went to get my car scanned. I watched one associate walking out. Walked in to see 2 associates l answering phones. I wait for them to finish the calls. One associate begins to help and when I ask to have my car scanned he tells me I have to wait for the associate that just stepped out to order a burrito. We wait again. Guy comes in and 3 people walk in to be helped in line behind us. Guy who ordered a burrito answers a call so we wait. The guy who asked us to wait for the guy who went to order a burrito notifies the associate we've been waiting to have our car scanned after he's off the phone. Guy who ordered his burrito then states he wants to help everyone else behinds us first. And he does. He completely ignores us and the guy who ordered the burrito helps a guy who just arrived order wipers. The other guy who told me to wait for burrito guy goes outside to help the second people who arrived at the same time as the other customer who all 3 arrived minutes after me. So I wait again. We were left in line flto wait for several more minutes as Iwatched people who just got there get served first. First to arrive last to be helped is apparently how this location functions. I hear burrito guy tell the customer he's ready for lunch. I guess ordering a burrito on the clock is priority to helping a customer here as well. I was made to wait until two customers who just arrived about 7 min after me were helped first. Great experience. The one associate who had me wait for burrito guy apologized I was made to wait until others were helped. I told him if his associate didn't order burritos on the clock I wouldn't have had to wait but I did and now although I was the first to arrive I am the last to be served. This place needs better management.

UPDATE OCT 2022. Needed fuel stabilizer for a vehicle I'll be storing over the winter. I was in and out in no time. Snagged a 10% discount from Member Speed Perk Bucks. Super friendly, helpful crew. UPDATE JUNE 2022. This location is STILL providing outstanding customer service. Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is fully stocked and had what I needed. I've been trusting and depending on Advance Auto Parts for many years. In a word, "consistency" is what best describes them and may be the biggest reason behind their success. Thought for sure my battery was a goner but with zero waiting time, their staff tested the battery and determined that it had plenty of life left. All it needed was a deep charge. It's on my hobby truck which doesn't get driven much and they nailed the issue. They could easily have told me that I needed a new one. Due to the advancements in modern vehicles one might think that the need for auto parts stores is less than in the past. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Specialty parts, fluids such as engine oil and antifreeze and washer fluid; wiper blades, batteries, fuses, loaner tools, and so on, combined with convenience and friendly, honest, helpful well-trained staff will never become obsolete. Chelsea made my visit today incredibly easy! My battery died last night, and I needed a jump, but this morning my car started right up. Chelsea, with the best attitude, immediately came out to my car to run diagnostics. She determined that while it might not be necessary right now, it definitely would be before the winter cold hits. I decided to get a new battery installed today, and Chelsea took care of it promptly. Some of my connection cables weren’t in the best shape, but she did everything she could to ensure I wouldn’t be without power. Highly recommend Chelsea for her professionalism and positive attitude!
