I literally just called, but the tech who had answered the phone was quite rude, and was acting as if it was a bother that I had called to bring in some business. He was also acting very unprofessional before I even had a chance to explain what was wrong with my car. I am very unsatisfied with Kennedy's before I even got the chance to bring my business there.

Never step foot in the shop. However when one of the guys is willing to take the time to make the suggestions on how you can create a solution to your nightmare. Absolutely worth four stars and definitely would recommend them.

Barry thoroughly looked into my transmission problem and was honest in his evaluation of it without trying to charge me for things I didn't need. He let me know he does more than just transmission work, so I plan on coming back if my car needs any other repairs.

Super honest shop with amazing customer service! We had been quoted for a $2000-$3000 transmission replacement and decided to take our car to Kennedy's for a second opinion. Kennedy's could not find anything wrong with our car. The mechanics were very diligent in trying to figure out what the other shop could have been talking about but simply could not find anything wrong! Very thankful for their genuine honesty and care for our car and our pockets! From now on, we will go to Kennedy's first.
