Update: We brought the vehicle back to the garage and the techs there were able to confirm that the oil was replaced and confirmed no major leaks or missing parts. It was determined that the engine is consuming oil in some way. They offered to treat the engine with a cleaning product to help prevent excess oil consumption and replace the lost oil free of charge. Thank you! Original Review: Wife went for an oil change in her car, we told them we were driving to Nebraska in a few days. Come to find out they didn't put oil back in the engine! They also did not inform us that the coolant was low enough to cause issue with such a long drive.

Scott’s is always helpful and great service, even for the regular cadence oil changes. Staff is friendly and professional. I love when they send texts out saying they can fit you in, as I travel and if I’m in town- I’ll bring my 2018 F-150 in. Nice drinks while you’re there, and beer koozies and lens wipes with their name on them. Drivers are timely and personable. You get a vibe that they are trustworthy. I like that.

I went in for an oil leak and already knew what the problem was, it should have only been a quick 30 minute, $100 fix. My oil cooler o ring was the problem, and it took them a full day to diagnose the problem and then charged me almost $400 for the fix, with the bill saying that $300 of it was for the labor. They absolutely ripped me off, and offered to replace my license plate lights for another $100 so I went and did it myself for $8 and 5 minutes of my time in the Autozone parking lot. Would not recommend anyone take their car here unless they want to pay insane prices for a basic job.

Scott’s always offers great customer service, and their shuttle ride is very convenient. They do a safety inspection of the vehicle whenever I bring my car in which is a good reminder to keep up on my maintenance of my car. Safety inspection offers recommended and required services so I can choose what should be done now and what can wait.

I had the best experience with Scott’s. After the battery on my Subaru died under warranty from a dealership who couldn’t fix it for over a week, Scott’s took care of it. Special shout out to Alyssa who worked directly with the dealership to make sure my battery was replaced under warranty and communicated with me throughout the process. They sent a full report done after assessing other systems which included videos of the various tests for totally transparency. I’ll get all my Subaru’s work done at Scott's from now on.

I recently had my daughter’s Jeep serviced to replace the intake manifold gaskets, and water pump at Scott’s Automotive, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Once again, Scott’s Auto proved themselves to be the best repair shop in Colorado. I took them my ten year old Jaguar which was having electrical faults with the brake system. If you know, you know, this sometimes is a very ominous predicament for owners of aging European vehicles. I dreaded the expected four figure repair and weeks long wait for parts. Lo and behold, Scott’s found the problem during the diagnostic and repaired and reprogrammed my vehicle in one afternoon. Alissa was amazingly calm and informative while advising the repair. This could not have gone any better! Highly recommend.

Went there for the first time the other day after repeated recommendations from a trusted friend who's been going to Scott's for some time. Five star service, but really what stands out is they clearly have put together a solid team that takes pride in their work. One star is an overstatement. Be careful of this place. Took my truck to the shop in Apache Junction, AZ to have the heater fixed. Picked it up a few days later after being told it was repaired and paid my bill. Got home and it was still broken. Took it in the next day and they confirmed it was not working. They then told me after a couple of weeks of putting me off that I would need to bring it back and start a whole new ticket and deductible. Called director of operations where she made several false accusations and was ZERO customer service friendly. Not sure what's happened to this place but I think the owner Scott Milan should look into it. They also gave me an estimate of $11K+ for other work. Took it to another shop where I was told most of the work was not necessary. Saved myself over $9K by using my instincts and best judgement.

They repaired all of our list items in one day (I even added a few more services to be done) and even stayed later to test drive on a Friday night to get the job completely done on our work truck! My son lives in Ft Collins and I live in Georgia. He was in need of some major repairs on his truck. I researched and found Scotts and then had a nice talk with Sam, the service advisor. They had his truck towed to the shop, analyzed the situation and send me their recommendations. We discussed in detail and with in 2 days the truck was running and performing better than it has in years. Sam took the reins and communicated with both me and my son all along the way. I was happy that I found someone that I could trust from the other side of the country. I would rate more than 5 stars for their work. Thanks Sam and the entire staff at Scotts !
