I was getting my car serviced and Ryan checked me in. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in telling me exactly what needed to be fixed! I definitely recommend talking to Ryan before getting your car serviced!

Go in for an oil change and they pressured my wife for $1000 tires which she doesn't need yet. Typical dealer service, always trying to sell unneeded products, especially to women. Big O measured tread and said they'll last until December.

The staff is nice and courteous but they are consistently behind when we come In and we have to wait almost twice as long as they tell us. This often puts a wrench in our plans for the rest of the day. I wish they would be more punctual or give a more realistic estimate of the time so I can plan accordingly.

Heater stopped working on our trip. Cheyenne dealer unable to check it out, salesperson sent us to Ft Collins. These people are awesome, Leandra was the best, got us in, fixed and back on the road in a few hours. Wish this dealership was closer to our home. Thanks so much to everyone that got us back on the road.

Wasn’t the quickest repair but a good one. I had a warranty issue and they resolved it and did great work. Took 1 star away because I was left without a car for over a month but still overall there are plenty of worse dealership service centers.

Solid, loyal customer for 7 yrs who’s always paid her bills, was stranded over holiday weekend as a contracted driver with other companies—cannot accept loaner. They refuse to understand circumstances and work with you. Word-of-mouth goes a long way Joe & Mike!

So far I've had an oil change and a recall repaired. The service dept was very friendly and professional. They did the work on my vehicle in a timely manner. So far so good.

I’d like to commend the sales manager Ryan aka Rusty. He is an outstanding sales manager. He provided amazing customer service, and really made a difference in the purchasing process. He deserves a raise. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for LeeAndra in the service department. She was extremely unprofessional. She tried to use intimidation tactics. And refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor or manager, claiming that she was in Charge. Not only was her demeanor, unacceptable for the workplace because of her hostility, the work took longer than anticipated due to her and her staffs lack of due diligence. To make things worse, my roof racks are all scratched up from their application of The crossbars on my vehicle.Initially, when we purchased the vehicle, we were told that our accessories would be assembled on the vehicle when we were signing all necessary paperwork. This was not done, and we were asked to wait after the paper signing to apply the accessories. That was disappointing seeing that we were under the impression it would be done while signing the paperwork. They were going to accommodated us due the fact that we were traveling from Denver with kids and tow and were assured that the process would be expedited. We accepted their offer of returning to have the accessories assembled onto the vehicle. We were told that we would be accommodated with a full tank of gas for the inconvenience, we happily accepted. We proceeded to pack the kids up wagon in tow and proceeded to drive (80++ miles) a week later. When we arrived Leandra informed us that there was a rental made available last minute. We declined, seeing how we spent several hours preparing for the day out with the kids in the wagon. We did not even accept the keys. Leandra said to be back by closing time at 5pm. We arrived on time and Leandra informed us that the vehicle was not ready. She went on to explain how her and her team tried to apply the first set of crossbars not realizing that they were the wrong ones(she mentioned applying crossbars for the incorrect type of roof rack). They then found the correct crossbars for my vehicle and When applying them, they realized they were missing a piece. She explained third times a charm and they just so happened to have a complete set for my vehicle, but that we would have to wait until they were finishing up. While waiting, we asked LeeAndra about the full tank of gas because we wanted to know if it was going to be a gas card or if they were going to fill up on site. We were met with attitude. She refused to fill up the tank of gas, claiming that she offered a rental and an oil change card. This did not sit well with me. I asked her once more and informed her that this is what we were due and we would appreciate it if she made it right. I explained to her that we did not want to be compensated with an oil change because we lived in Denver and it’s a hassle to have to accommodate another road trip. We came up here to purchase the vehicle and then had to return a week later so we know we do not want to be forced into driving up a 3rd time, as I did not want to put that many miles on my new vehicle. She refused and deflected. When I spoke with her she spoke over me, and her tone got louder and louder until I asked for a supervisor or a manager, in which she replied, she was in charge. I told her if she was in charge, she needed to make it right she refused. I then proceeded to go find the manager myself, and ran into the sales manager, Rusty. Did I mention he’s awesome! LeeAndra closely trailed behind me, which felt odd almost like she was trying to intimidate me because she was not helping me find somebody, she was just hot on my trail. I explained to Rusty the situation and what had happened. Instead of LeeAndra remaining professional, she decided to slander one of her coworkers and blame them in front of me. Did I mention she’s very unprofessional? Needless to say Rusty made it right!

I needed a ignition switch for my kia. I called in on a weekend and got a quote much higher than I expected and ended up fixing it myself. Joe, the service manager, called me up to go over the situation, since I cancelled my appointment. Joe was extremely friendly and helpful. He apologized for the mistake and explained the situation, letting me know the price was accidentally quoted incorrectly. I discussed an issue I had with a totally different Kia dealership and he remedied the problem, without me even asking for it. Hey, we all make mistakes. It's how they're handled afterwards that shows what you're made of. Joe handled the situation perfectly.

*editing to add that Joe, the service manager, reached out and was able to extend the time frame so I can use all my oil changes--adding two more stars for that effort. Long story about how much I loathe this service department, so buckle up. In 2010, I bought a Kia Soul from the dealership, and it was a great car. At one point, a piece of plastic trim came loose from the passenger side door, and I took it in for repair. I was told the *entire door* would need to be replaced for thousands of dollars. I declined, and as I was leaving, a mechanic ran out and told me under their breath I could buy double sided tape at an auto parts store that would secure the plastic strip. I bought some for less than $10 and that tape is holding strong in 2024--I passed the car down to my daughter two years ago. Then, I leased my 2022 Kia Niro 2.5 years ago from this dealership. Tom was my salesperson and Rocky handled the lease finance. At that time, they persuaded me to pay $15 extra a month with my lease for six oil changes. I was told I could use the oil changes even when the lease was up, or I could gift them to a family member. A month ago, I bought out my lease and the car and learned I had three oil changes left but they expire in January, which is annoying and not how the care package was sold to me originally. I sucked it up. Today, I went in to use one of them and asked about gifting my daughter one since I will only be able to use one more by January, and the service department told me I couldn't do that--they are only good for my car. Obviously, this is not what I was originally sold by Tom and Rocky (and have paid for) in regards to oil changes. Finally, two months ago, I had a nail in my front tire, they told me I needed *four* new tires because "the tread was worn." I had only 12,000 miles on the car, and my tread was absolutely not worn. I really resent being treated like I'm stupid because I'm a woman, so I took my tire repair elsewhere where I was assured the tires are good. If you buy from this dealership, don't be talked into any service packages because it's a scam. They will also try to sell you services and parts you don't need. I think Kia's are good cars, obviously; I've bought two. But this service department is dishonest and you won't be treated in good faith, particularly if you're a woman.

The service team at Fort Collins Kia is top notch! I needed to get an oil change and my air filters replaced and didn’t want to waste my whole day at the dealership. When I dropped off my car, I was checked in quickly and they reviewed the services that they would be doing and the estimated cost. I was shown to their comfy waiting area and was kept informed of what stage of the service my car was in by a service tech. I was never pressured into doing any extra services and was walked out to my car at the end! I was impressed by the personal service and the transparency of the whole team! Thank you!!

I've visited this Kia center a few times, and while the staff is friendly and the prices are fair overall, I question their thoroughness and transparency. One time I came to fix my blinker. They changed the light bulb and told me it was fixed, but it was still broken when I tested it. I came back a different day for them to fix the wiring. Though they did fix it the second time, this made me feel they weren’t thorough considering they claimed it was fixed the first time. Recently, I had my car checked for its low oil/engine light, brake pads, and ABS/traction light. With my ABS/traction lights, I asked Kia to confirm a previous diagnosis from a different shop. They said my ESC module was broken and quoted $2,300 for replacement. I skipped the repair and went back to my original mechanic who fixed it for $280. As part of my engine issue, they changed my oil but didn’t update the mileage sticker. Not a big deal by itself, but it added to my concerns about their thoroughness. When I called to ask about the price for replacing brake pads/rotors I was told $450. However, the final price ended up being around $538, which I assume is including labor, but it would’ve been appreciated if they were more upfront about the total pricing when I called. Additionally, their recommended service summary felt misleading and pressuring with "Needs immediate attention" labels for several services that didn’t actually require “immediate attention” like a coolant change I had done a month ago and a belt replacement which was in good condition. This made me question their transparency on what’s actually important and what can wait. They also replaced my ignition component due to a recall without informing me beforehand. While I don’t mind the replacement, the lack of communication didn’t feel transparent. Overall, while they do resolve issues and the staff is courteous, these minor oversights make me feel more comfortable taking my car elsewhere.

My Kia Soul had a catastrophic failure resulting in full engine failure. Thankfully it was covered under their wonderful warranty. Liam was extremely helpful through the entire process. He kept me up to date on the repairs and arranged for me to have a loaner while repairs were made. I'm a Kia owner for life!

I recently had to have the SC300 recall (Turbo Oil Feed Pipe) done on my Kia Stinger which is an intensive repair. I scheduled the appointment a week ago and they were very communicative and answered all of my preliminary questions. The part required for the recall was promptly ordered and confirmed to be there before the appointment. The actual recall work took 6 hours longer than the quoted single day, but they were proactive in communicating this and prioritized taking time to do this recall with care instead of rushing. After receiving the vehicle everything was clean and buttoned up well, they even took the time to give the car a quick clean. I made sure to check that the cooling and heat worked appropriately as under-filling the coolant is a common issue other people have reported. Everything is working well. Definitely recommend this dealership when getting the Kia Stinger recall done

Waiting area was clean, service reps were all very very nice. Only downside is how crazy expensive Kia prices their services. $90 oil change and an attempt to sell me $150 tire rotation and $300 fuel injector service which is kind of insanely priced. I've never had such high prices for these kinds of maintainance, over 2x what I paid other mechanics in the past.

I can’t say enough good things about Joe and Bryce. From start to finish, they were communicative, professional, and genuinely kind. They kept me consistently updated throughout the entire process and explained everything clearly without ever talking down to me or making me feel uncomfortable asking questions. Car issues can be stressful—especially when they drag on—but Joe and Bryce made the experience so much easier. They were patient, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect the whole time. I always felt informed and taken seriously, which unfortunately isn’t something every service department gets right. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares about their customers and communicates honestly, Joe and Bryce are exactly who you want to work with. I’m very grateful for how well they took care of me.
