I had been getting the run around from a couple shops including Ford that were not able to tell me why my transmission was running considerably hotter than it should be. Telling me that 250 degree operating temp was normal with out towing which is ridiculous. Bernie at Best Western had my truck for a few days and was having a hard time getting to the root of the problem. They didn't give, figured it out and sent me with the truck to make sure the problem was solved before settling up. Excellent service, very detailed and friendly and a more than fair price.

Never got the work that WAS paid for. Only having to go back THREE times and a month and a half of time with them having my keys the work is STILL not done. What was requested (AND PAID FOR) was the rear end REPLACED and to have my emergency brake redone but only got excuses. Verbatim; sorry, my guys have gone hunting and I only have one person here…6 MONTHS LATER after I paid for the work, not to mention my vehicle leaving this shop with new noises and my axle loose.. HA! Now my jeep drives awful, rear end still loose and having to go to another shop to fix the mess this joke of a shop did to my 2000 jeep GC, not even a newer one. Will be reporting this business to the BBB AND be having a lawyer reach out after I paid almost 600 dollars over what another shop quoted me after this was all said and done. WAS A RELIABLE SHOP 15 years ago. GO ELSE WHERE. AWFUL WORK. Good thing Bernie is a nice guy who makes you believe him.

Hands down the best transmission shop this side of the Mississippi. If you are looking for honest, hard working and a knowledgeable shop look no further. Bernie and Chris have helped me countless times on many cars and trucks I've had over the past few years. Not only do the have a vast mechanical knowledge and experiance on all things cars, they are straight shooters. They tell you how it is truthfully and give you options not ultimatums. Never there to nickle and dime you only give quality advice and fantastic transmission service. Highly recommended.

Bernie was very polite & professional. I went into the shop fully expecting to be told I needed a new transmission. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me it was a minor fix. I told Bernie as a single woman I'm always leary of being taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs. I would definitely recommend Best Western Transmission.

Ok I want to start out by saying we have loved this shop they are great with transmissions and have always stood behind their work 💯. And I will use them again, but I do want to say after what happened today I hope by putting this out there this doesn't happen again. When I picked up my truck today, I got in it and there were no brakes, so they put some fluid in it and me being me I went to leave because I am always in a hurry. Still no brakes. Went to a safe place to park and got under it to see the front driver side caliper is dumping fluid. It's my luck, no big deal, we will get it fixed. But when my wife tells me that they were under the hood before they pulled it out and the kid that brought the fluid out was rude saying I shouldn't be doing this. It makes me think why are you under the hood on a manual transmission? Not checking fluid, so it makes me think were you putting brake fluid in it. Again they are the best around for transmissions. But as a firefighter who sees a lot of accidents, please don't let people leave with vehicles that are not safe for them or others on the road. I know I was bugging you about the truck being ready, but I understand if it is not safe or ready.

Best Western transmission has helped me with several cars over the years and I keep going back there because I can trust them. This time they were able to get my car done right away even though I found a specific flywheel myself and caught some issues with overnight delivery that transpired into several days, they still kept my car up in the rack which probably kept them tied up for several days and then when I finally did get the part, I brought it to them and they dropped everything to rush the job for me even though I told them they didn't need to. They ended up charging me less than they quoted me and less than I would have spent doing in myself and I know because I have done it myself before. I'm very grateful of their service and Bernie and everyone there is so nice.

This is an honest shop to take your vehicle. I have been using them for about four years for fluid and filter changes on my transmission as well as other fluids they service. Their prices are affordable and I have never been told anything after inspections to get unnecessary work done. Bernie is friendly and customer service orientated. One of the best shops I have experienced (out of a lot).

This is by far the best place to take your vehicle. They are very reasonable with pricing and do fabulous work. My torque converter and pumps went and every other shop wanted to replace the whole transmission, Best Western took my transmission apart and replaced the parts that needed to be replaced. It took a little less than 2 weeks to get the car back!! 10/10 would recommend you take your vehicle here.

I am relatively new to the area and i do my own repairs on my own vehicles and have been an automotive technician for a very long time. I was in need of a bench rebuild for a transmission so i called them and explained what i had and what the symptoms were. Bernie was very informative and polite, he gave me an estimate that was very competitive so i pulled the transmission and brought it to them for the rebuild. They completed the job on time and even included a can of cooler cleaner. Price was as quoted and i installed the transmission. The transmission worked perfect and no leaks. These guys are the best and i will be using them for all my transmission needs from now on.

We were recommended Best Western Transmission by Houska auto in ft Collins because they couldn’t get us in soon enough. Bernard and mechanic was so helpful and troubleshooted our problem last minute and got us in to fix it the very next day. We are traveling from out of state and also pulling a camper. They were understanding and as accommodating as they could be. There was a couple of different scenarios our problem could have been. One of which was more expensive than the other. After they got a good look they let us know it was the cheaper problem but there was something else we should get fixed when we get home. They did not try and milk us for more than we needed and my impression was that they really cared about getting us fixed up so we would be safe on the road. I would not have a problem or any fear taking my vehicle to best western transmission ever in the future. You will be in good hands!!!!

Bernie and Dave went out of their way to fix my Camaro transmission.. when I got it home, I had an overheating problem.. Bernie asked me to bring it back so they could look at it., on the way there…it overheated yet again.. called Bernie and within a very short time, Dedicated towing came and trailered my baby back to the shop.. upon inspecting my car.. they quickly found the problem. Which had NOTHING to do with the transmission work they did.. They found the problem, got the part and fixed the issue!!! In record time.. They are GREAT people who know watery are doing.. I Love them!!

I used to think these guys were pretty good but some time after they rebuilt transmission on my 200K mile Tahoe it developed leaky transfer case. Took it to a different shop only to learn that on a 200K mile vehicle the transfer case seal should have been replaced while everything was apart for the transmission work thus saving me several hundred dollars in duplicate labor. Also not in love with the fact they apparently shared my contact info with the repair shop next door resulting in unwanted marketing text.
