For the second time in as many years, I must strongly rate and review this business. Just had a tow and major repairs done on my vehicle and they were professional, honest, and thorough. Vehicle runs perfectly now. I recommend this mechanic to anyone living in Fort Collins, and I personally refer my friends and family to them. We will definitely take our vehicles here for service in the future.

Exceptional service. I purchased a truck on auction, picked it up and broke down 6 miles out of Fort Collins. Monday morning Sean the owner dropped what he was doing and asked 2 other shop mechanics to assist him. In 2 hours they had all new filters and fluids and did the brakes. Only wish there was a spot like that where I lived. Couldn’t give Fry’s a better review.

A friend referred us to Fry's Auto Care after moving across the country to Fort Collins. We have been impressed with the speed of service and friendliness of staff. The lobby is newly renovated and is comfortable to wait in. Fry's has acknowledged and corrected issues under warranty which has been great! We also appreciate that they print out quotes and allow you to think about services instead of pressuring you to make decisions right away.

I have brought my Audi and Subaru to this shop several times whether it was for an oil change or some other maintenance work and they are always genuine, honest, and provide excellent work! They are reasonable and timely. I would highly recommend Frys! They go above and beyond. Always so friendly!

So I have to say this place is amazing they went out of their way to make sure that my truck was taken of and I was able get back on the road safely and efficiently. I will recommend them to anyone. If my truck ever had any other issues and I'm back in their area, I will definitely take my truck back to them. Josh and janee made my day better. I was super frustrated being 4 hrs away from home. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart for the excellent guest service.

Fry’s Auto is the best experience I’ve had overall in the entire automotive auto care industry I came in with a bunch of problems with my truck and they weren’t 100% sure what the problem was they replaced the part they thought was causing my vehicle problems and allowed me to drive with it a week to see if the check engine light came back on, which it did, and they kept my old part just to see if it fixed the problem and it didn’t and I didn’t get charged for the part because Frye didn’t want me to pay for the unfixed solution and I was refunded for the part and he was able to put the other part he kept back into the engine free of charge. Frye and his very experienced crew were able to find a cheaper solution that fixed the original problem to begin with. Frye is the most honest mechanic you could ask for

Absolutely amazing! My dad came in from Florida visiting for the holidays and his steering went out. I took it to a different mechanic down the street from these guys and got taken advantage of. They kept the vehicle for a long time without and I will say again WITHOUT fixing it. They Charged my disabled veteran father who is also elderly a bunch of money and the vehicle was worse than when I took it. I called Fry's, a man named Josh answered and listened to my horror story. He told me to "relax Jason we have a guy who can take care of my problems. I got not just my car back better than ever, but I now have a good place to take all my vehicles. God bless you Josh and the crew @Fry's who helped a disabled veteran who is an old man and fought for our freedom and is also my Dad. I definitely recommend 👌

Can't say enough great things about these guys! Josh was absolutely beyond professional, and all of his guys were knowledgeable and informative. They didn't just tell me what was wrong, they took the extra time to show me what was wrong and how they would go about fixing it. I finally felt assured I wasn't losing my mind. I will be using their services from now on! I know when they give me that quote it is going to be a reasonable cost for excellent work and any question I have will be answered and explained thoroughly. No scare tactics here, no upcharges and no gaslighting. I recommend! Update 2026: Still going to Fry's, can't tell you how much I appreciate the people, the work ethic and the customer service at this shop. Josh, Shawn, Tyson and Janae are fabulous. They have helped make a challenging situation end with an even better outcome than I ever could have hoped. I can't think of another shop that would care as much about my 2008 Jeep Liberty, it runs better than ever right now, it's like she's new again. Shawn went above and beyond and I am so grateful.

This place is amazing. My daughter's car decided die while on a road trip (split radiator). The crew at Fry's Auto was able to get her in the same morning, replace the radiator, gave an inspection, and got her back on the road that afternoon. All at a reasonable price which the "Bank of Dad" appreciated. Very professional team and a positive experience.

Sean and Josh were extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. I blew out my tire on the way back from work. They got me fixed up and back on the road super quick. I waited until the last minute but they were able to replace them that afternoon for $100 less than their competitor. I want to start by saying the mechanic here does solid, reliable work. The quality of the repairs and attention to detail are both commendable, and I can’t fault the actual work done on my vehicle. However, my overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the front desk staff. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational during multiple interactions. As someone who values honesty, integrity, and respectful communication, I found this incredibly off-putting. Customer service is just as important to me as the work itself, and for that reason, I don’t feel this is the right place for me.

I called 10 different places and Fry's was a lot cheaper then all of them. And I told them I had to pick my son up before he got out of school and then pulled it right in and where done in an hour and a half. They replaced my ball joint and lugnut posts. I'll never go anywhere else!
