I spoke with the owner of the shop regarding the install of a turbo on a vehicle of mine and he was extremely rude! I let him know i wanted them to perform all of the work except for the tune. The only reason for my request is because the shop who i take my vehicles for my tunes is the only shop that has gained my trust over the years when it comes to tuning. I let him know he was easily loosing out on 4-6k easily on a 2 week project max. The owner said he didn't care about my project to much because he is currently working a project that is worth a quarter million. Good luck with this shop everyone. Your only important if your paying a quarter million.

I took my work truck here, and I've got to say I was left disappointed. I brought my truck in for transmission issues and an off and on grinding noise from the front left hub. I told them to drive the truck before they finish diagnostics. I pick it up after the supposed fix. I find that they replaced the rear brakes and cleared the codes. The transmission issues started back up as I rounded the corner leaving Lundstedt. I called and they admitted to not driving the truck as part of the diagnostic process. The truck later left me stranded at an intersection because it was stuck in 7th gear. Needless to say but I decided to try my luck elsewhere. ***After receiving a call from Lundstedt about the review, I was told that they honestly tried to diagnose the issue. I was told that multiple drives took place. After the conversation I got the feeling that Lundstedt truly cares about their customers. Although they missed the mark, I can appreciate the concern given to the situation. I wish all companies held those values.

This family owned business knows diesels! I have never found a general mechanic shop that didn't hate diesel trucks. They know them inside and out and make them perform excellent. They work on gassers too, but for me, finding a great diesel shop is like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. The staff genuinely cares that you are satisfied with their work.

Honest and committed to quality service. I called about three weeks ahead of my arrival. Explained my situation and Brian Lundstedt was very helpful with upgrades and mods to my Diesel One ton truck. When the initial upgrade was performed we discovered a failing fuel pump and replaced it before any damage was done to the secondary Hi Pressure pump occurred. Everything we had discussed was addressed and My truck is like a whole new truck. I highly recommend this shop.

From the very first phone call, they were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Brian was very informative and patient as he answered all my questions. Took in an old Honda Pilot to get diagnosed. When I dropped it off the lady at the front was LATE. So inconsiderate of my time since I was scheduled to drop it off at a certain time. The mechanic working on my car tells me they think it's a wheel alignment that's needed, they do it and tell me to get new tires then check back in with them. Decide to go through with that and I call a few days later asking for an update and they said that they never heard back from us to confirm to go through with the alignment. So I tell him to do the alignment and luckily I got my car back that same day. Sucks knowing they wasted a few days worth of my time. Clear miscommunication from the reception and the mechanics. After that I got new tires and I'm still having the same issues with my car. I could never get a hold of Lundstedt again. Tried calling, even my boyfriend called and told them it would be under both our names. Dodged our calls. Decided to go to Big O Tires where they showed me the alignment done at Lundstedt wasn't done properly. Big O Tires did a free wheel alignment and tire rotation for me plus I got road side assistance.

Used to be a good shop, but think it may of recently changed management. Dropped a truck off for an oil change appointment at 8 in the morning and they were still looking for a filter at 2 in the afternoon. Might want to visit a business that honors appointments and time estimates.

Took my car in for a failed emissions test and they quickly found the problem (or lack thereof). The test was incorrect and my car was totally fine! Instead of leaving it there, they totally helped me out. Called the state representative to see how to fix this issue and took my car back to the emissions testing center to get it retested. Saved me a bunch of trouble. These people were fair and great to work with. Will be going back with any future work!

There is nothing harder to troubleshoot or repair when there is a check engine light and there is nothing wrong except the computer is confused. Brian's people worked through this issues. Brian kept me informed as to the progress and the challenges trying to resolve the issue. They tried very hard to recreate the original problem code, but could not. Brian expressed concern and was willing to revisit the issue again when/if the check engine light comes back on.
