Louie and the rest of the team there are awesome!! I came in for an issue on an older pioneer deck in my F250 after they spent some time trying to fix it the technician discovered it was a faulty head unit! The stocking level of basic head units was low and I wanted to do a middle of the road option. The team worked with me to find out what I wanted in my new stereo and then worked with what they had in stock to get me into a new head units. I spent a little more than I wanted to but now have a Bluetooth CarPlay in my old pickup! It doesn’t end there the team also helped me identify issues with my drone mobile remote start system and sourced the product I needed to get my app to work again

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I have a super long winded story of what happened. Louie is nice enough to work with but they are not great and getting information on what the customer wants. Most people coming to car toys are going there because they don’t know car audio. I have spent over 2500 dollars and don’t have a useable system. Partly my fault but also partly theirs. Again Louie will do his best to help you and there’s a lot to be said for that but after 2500 dollars and no system that works right after two trips from an hour away and several weeks I’m just over it and super disappointed.

The guy's had a little trouble. Getting special order parts in period however, they spent the time to get the parts here before my wife and I had to leave for a trip period. Install clean and professional. Communication was top notch yeah.

Well I’m not one to leave a bad review, but this install quality and the amount of hassle has earned this. When you take a car to get it done by a “professional” that’s the quality one should expect. I spent 3,000$ with car toys last year and it was a complete and utter mess. I have taken my truck back several times. After 8 months of trying to trace down why my speakers had a hum I finally dug into this and found that a my 15 yr old self could have done a better job. Not only was laziness and unprofessional quality done but never in my life have I seen this kind of hack job. For one when running a power wire to power your subs never have I ever seen someone hook it up to the top with all the fuses for power for the rest of the vehicle are located. There are wires that are spliced into inside of my fuse panel box that were left with exposed wire that kept throwing a code. I just wish there was more professional job done and done right the first time.

Attentive and informative!! Louie dedicated over an hour to sit through my tireless questions even tho I didn’t go in with any intention of buying anything. The expertise in that room is was wildly apparent as he not only explained the components and functions of stereo systems but which order of upgrades would lead to the least amount of headaches down the road. I went in with the goal of finding a cheap and functional answer to a lack of low end sound and instead I found a wealth of knowledge presented with the care and precision that you could only get from someone with a true love of his craft. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to this guy right here and I will be coming to this Car Toys for any future projects.

Louie helped me out at the front desk and was very personable and helpful while getting my removal done. They made it quick and easy. Online they said it would take up to 1 1/2 hours for uninstall, but Ray and Louie had the keys back in my hand in 20 min. For as rough of a journey as getting driving privileges back, this staff was the easiest part to deal with.

What a spectacular experience. Luis was knowledgeable, friendly and amazingly helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and tailored his recommendations to my use case. He even helped me test the aftermarket camera I was trying to replace, confirming that was the actual issue at hand. (WOW!) The front camera install rates quoted were reasonable and they had a range of products available from cameras, dash cams, and stereos to radar detectors.
