I can’t recommend the team at McCormick highly enough! Jason and Marty are knowledgeable, straightforward, and absolutely committed to doing right by their customers. My car had a manufacturing quirk that made a routine service unusually complicated—and expensive. Every dealership from here to Denver either refused to help or quoted sky-high prices. Instead of shrugging it off, the McCormick team dug in, researched a solution, and pulled it off—saving me over $1,000 in the process. Very quick to offer me assistance with a damaged tire. Honored the warranty and replaced it with a new tire free of charge. Offered me a free loaner vehicle over the weekend until the work was completed on Monday. They were concerned that my I might need alignment work but after evaluation they were honest and said it's not something I need to do right away but just to keep an eye on it. I very much appreciate the honest and integrity at McCormick.

While traveling from St. Louis on a 6-state road trip to the West, we noticed some issues with our brakes at Yellowstone. We stayed the following night in Fort Collins and went to McCormick Tires and Lube on Manhattan Avenue the next morning. They worked us in to their busy schedule and even provided a loaner car for us! They were so efficient and thorough, including a comprehensive safety check, at a very fair price. Being a bit delayed by a herd of elk to pick up our vehicle before closing, they arranged for us to leave the loaner on their lot and pick up our van. Arriving 15 minutes after closing, Alissa and Jason were still there, awaiting our return. Without hesitation, we highly recommend McCormick’s!!! PS. We moved to the area recently and found this nearby tire shop after we discovered a slow tire pressure leak. Even though it was near closing time, Matt fit us in expeditiously. Matt is very professional, upfront, and friendly. I waited in their comfy waiting room with TV & refreshments where you can see into the garage through big clean windows. I noticed how impressively clean the garage floor and orderly the equipment is laid out. Upon finishing the quick tire plug job, he showed us the small nail that caused our slow leak. In the end he didn’t charge us for this “outside the tire” plug repair. Wow! This kind of honesty and professionalism will result in us looking to these folks for our next tire and lube needs. I blew a tire on college and horsetooth today. Had to pull into a parking lot quickly. I couldn’t change my tire out because I didn’t have the right size socket for my oversized lug nuts. I was in a very tough spot. Like a godsend McCormick was right there. The friendly staff were very concerned about my situation. Justin was on it like an old friend. He grabbed an impact, we swapped my spare, and jgave me a quick rundown on what was going on based on the wear on my tires. He gave me a reasonable quote on fixing the problem. He wouldn’t take a dime for helping me in the moment. Very appreciative of the good people there at McCormick tire and lube. I will be a dedicated customer at this establishment.
