I spoke with Barak on the phone prior to going in to get new tires for my vehicle. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable in directing me to the several options they had for mileage, traction, warranties, etc. I was impressed with how much he cared. When I was on site, Austin got me checked in and continued to answer questions I had. He too was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. Kraig also was professional and kind. By the end the new tires look and drive great. Shoutout to all the folks at discount tire. Thank you! Will recommend!

Can’t go lower than 1 star. They screwed up when I needed a road hazard repair. I offered to buy 2 new tires and they take care of what they screwed up. Made an appointment to have my tires installed. Drove over an hour to get to my appointment which I arrived 20 min early for. They pulled my vehicle in an hour past my appointment and all they can say is thanks for your patience. After 20+ years buying all tires from Discount I am happy to say I am moving on. They do not practice customer service like they use to it’s just money for them. If your in Fort Collins area I recommend Scott’s Automotive they sell tires at cost and keep to their appointments.

Edit: I followed up with the store after they replied to my review below, and they fortunately offered me to come back in and get a second look done on my alignment. Met with a guy named Barak who was very nice and informative about the whole situation and upon looking at my car they attempted to adjust the caster on it. Unfortunately my car is a bit of a rust bucket so they werent able to get the adjustment bolts loose without some serious risk, but I appreciated the attempt and the follow up anyways. Also the new lobby is very nice 👍. Came in earlier this summer to get 2 new tires and an alignment, and they hooked me up with a bogo deal which was nice. Unfortunately thats where the good part ends. Ended up being told it would be ~1.5 hour wait to get the tires on and the alignment done but ended up being almost 4 hours while us customers had to sit and wait outside in the 90+ degree heat. As if that wasnt bad enough, after they said they were finished I come to find out they only did 2/3 of a full alignment, only having adjusted the camber and toe, but not the caster. Their excuse was that "They didnt have the proper tools for that kind of work" but they assured me it would be fine. After waiting for so long in the heat I just wanted to go home and accepted their incompetency. Looking back I shouldve made a bigger deal about it. Please just be more honest with your customers about wait times and what you can and cannot do to their vehicles, as only offering a partial alignment is incredibly scummy.

The service and experience we received was excellent. I purchased new Perelli all season tires and had an alignment done for my 2018 Mazda 3 touring. The tires have been great so far. The staff were all professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this Dicount store for your next tires.

Great experience. My girlfriend and I noticed we had a flat tire just down the road from this location. We pulled in and were helped almost immediately. During peak hours on a holiday week they were able to patch it and get us back on the road in under a hour. Courteous employees and good work.

I brought in my BMW to replace a cracked wheel without an appointment, and Grant and whole team replaced and balanced it from the replacement I had in the trunk for me without any issue for a fraction of the cost quoted to me at the dealership. The team there looked like a well oiled machine, with advisors updating and checking on each other's customers and the manager out directing flow in and out of the bays when busy. Everyone was friendly and upbeat, it took me as much time to travel here as the repair, but it is well worth it. I am happy to pass a handful of other shops on my way to go here. The shop is also large enough and well staffed with plenty of parking, and the outdoor shade and seating is a nice touch while waiting.

I brought my Audi SQ5 to Discount Tire, and they caused thousands of dollars in damage by incorrectly lifting it. Instead of using the proper jack points, they missed all four, which led to cracked plastic, bent metal, a crushed pinch weld, and damage to the rocker panel. Despite my background as a former Discount Tire employee and Volkswagen technician, they refused to acknowledge the mistake and made it a hassle to get the repairs covered. It took repeated calls to corporate before they finally agreed to pay for the repairs. This isn’t the first time this has happened, they’ve damaged one of my previous vehicles the same way. I firmly believe that many customers don’t realize Discount Tire is damaging their cars like this, because it’s not always immediately visible. Update: After all that trouble, this location has now decided they won’t work on my vehicle again, apparently because they know I’ll notice if they cause more damage. It’s disappointing, especially as a former employee, but I guess that tells you all you need to know. If you know anything about cars, take your business elsewhere, or at the very least, closely inspect your vehicle after every visit.

Wow! Just need to say my experience today supporting a friend getting his replacement tires was remarkable. Everyone on the team (I spoke with 4 members, Travis, Brett, Jackson and Grant) were able to pull up my request with exceptional speed and follow through. When we arrived a the store, David and team got the tires on and us out the door in great time for being walkins on a BUSY night. Thank everyone for making the new tire evaluation and purchase so easy. It was like witnessing a well-oiled machine watching the team manage the heavy flow of customers early this evening. Clearly the community shares my experience for you to have been so busy and customers to have been so content.

I made an appointment online about a week in advance. Appreciated the appt reminders, the “let us know when you’re on your way” text to get an estimated wait time, etc. When I walked in, there was a young man who asked how he could help me. His shirt said his name was Billy. I let him know that I was here for an appointment (the type of appointment was NEW TIRE CONSULTATION). He pulled up my account history, told me what type of tires I bought last time, and told me that I could be out the door for $xxx price. I asked him if we could slow down a little and talk through the options and types of tires. He told me it would be unsafe to get another option and he had nothing else in stock anyways. I asked if maybe I should come back a different time when they were less busy, and he laughed at me and told me this wasn’t busy. I said “ok, well last time I was here the salesman was a bit more patient with me and explained all of the options, and this isn’t feeling that way. This is a big purchase and I’d like to talk through it.” With a blank stare, he said “what do you want to talk about?”. I tried a couple more times to coax a more consultation/education type of conversation out of him and was getting nothing. I really needed the new tires and felt like this morning was my only opportunity, so I just agreed to the purchase. He was impatient and frustrated to explain the charges and made me feel dumb and like a bother. He took my keys and told me to have a seat. I went outside to wait and kept feeling more and more uncomfortable with the sale, and like I was rushed into a decision. I was disappointed to see people around me being really thoroughly and patiently helped, talking about options, and that was not my experience. Another employee walked by and I worked up the nerve to ask to chat. I let him know about my extremely uncomfortable experience and that I was regretting my purchase. He introduced himself as Spencer, empathized with the situation, apologized for the experience, and kindly invited me inside to talk through options. He slowly went through every detail and showed me the Treadwell system of my options. Spencer repeatedly asked if I had any questions through the process, asked me questions to know what type of driving I did, and patiently went through everything. I ended up sticking with the tires that I had paid for with Billy, BUT I know felt comfortable with my purchase thanks to Spencer. I am really grateful for the peace of mind and knowledge that Spencer shared with me and I think he’s a great asset to your business. I hope no one ever feels bullied into a sale or dismissed the way that I was with Billy today.

Everyone in my circle told me use discount tire for a reason. This is across multiple states for context. Everyone here at this location was extremely kind and extremely intelligent on the topic. They have price matching as well if you find somewhere else. Highly recommendthis location. For context I went purely for winter tires. Being a new resident of CO they helped guide me to a good tire selection so I can chase powder in the ski areas. They were able to fit me in same day and completed a full tire, wheel, and balancing install in less then 2 hours. They also do seasonal tire changes (if you have wheels on both sets) for free. Also a small thing is they put bags on the tires you are keeping. If service matters go here. If price matters call before, get a price match, then go here

Austin was extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable during my visit to this location. After coming in for a tire check, Austin found a huge nail in a tire during the courtesy safety inspection. He was courteous and got me squared away within 45 minutes. The atmosphere here is chill, too, and they have water and coffee in the waiting room. Discount Tire also supports a military discount.

Since my tires are eight years old, they helped find potential replacement tires that fit my driving needs at different price points, but were very receptive when I said I’d like to wait to see if the repair was successful. The wait was a little long, an hour or two, but again, it was free, and they are overall pleasant to work with, so very worth it.

I came in to get the tires topped off with air in my truck. A young man by the name of Aaron helped me. He was so helpful that I asked him to help me look into getting new tires for my truck. He got me hooked up for a great price. He and Jackson worked well as a team, and I was impressed with both of them, amazed to find they are both 20 years old. I noticed that the whole shop was full of hard-working young men who got my new tires on my truck in an efficient and quality manner. To be honest, it gave me great hope for the future of our country to see the hard work with enjoyment that these young men were exuding, as well as the respect that they treated me with. Had a nail in my almost brand new tire. The Toyota dealer told me it couldn’t be repaired bc it was too close to the sidewall and quoted me $300+ to replace. I didn’t even buy the tires at Discount and they knew that and Spencer who was very professional, came back after about 20 minutes, said, I don’t want to question the dealer, but we have very strict standards and that was within what we consider safe. He handed me the keys and said, “You’re ready to go, no charge.” He’d already repaired it and didn’t even charge me?! You can be sure my next set of tires will be at this Discount store as a result of Spencer taking care of me! That’s just good business right there!

Not just wheels… weapons of mass distraction. 😎🛞✨ The first time I saw these rims, I fell in love. Last time I checked, they were discontinued—and I was honestly so bummed thinking I’d never get them. These guys are top notch. I've been bringing my Audi's and Porsches to this shop to use the touch-less system. I've had many dealers and indy shops scrape my black matte wheels. Did not expect a visit to a tire store would make my day. From the moment I walked in and was greeted to the last person I talked to (technician), I experienced and observed some of the best customer service I’ve ever encounter in a chain store of any type. The kind of organizational coherence that made my day great should be studied and replicated by all chains that rely on young people, new in a professional setting, to deliver a top-tier customer experience. My experience was not unique, I watched how every customer was treated whether a nail repair or in my case, a simple no-charge rotation, everyone was treated with respect, understanding, sincerity and unexpected urgency.
