They always give you the straight truth and are not out to make money off of something that doesn’t need to be done. 10+ stars. This is the place I recommend, to my friends, to take their vehicle to.

I walked in without an appointment needing a fix to my AC system. The owner, David Napier, greeted me with a smile even though he was busy. I explained my situation and he said they were fully booked the rest of the day but could get me in at 1:00 the next day which he did. When I arrived he got me right in and had me out with a fully functioning AC system in less than three hours at a price well below my expectations. David was very professional as was his mechanic who came in to explain what they did.

In a bizarre circumstance, my vehicle’s battery died in the target parking lot. I quickly ran over to Meineke and the staff inside quickly helped me get my car started again with a portable jump starter! They were incredibly and helped me out very quickly! I tried to offer them a tip for helping me out but they refused and said it was the least they could do! I have garnered both respect and appreciation for the folks down at Meineke!

I have been to Meineke in Fort Collins a couple of times. Once to get my oil changed and once to fix my a/c. They are very pleasant and helpful, and when they quote a price that's the price you pay. They don't try to come up with other issues and increase the price. That type of honest service is hard to find these days!

I recently had my air conditioning checked at Meineke. I appreciated the explanation of what their inspection process of the a/c system entailed and how much the cost to recharge my a/c would be prior to any work being performed. I would recommend making an appointment which can be done online. The a/c test was thorough and efficient. I would also say that the cost was competitively priced compared to other repair shops that service a/c systems. I would recommend Meineke for any automotive repair you have.

The best shop for car maintenance! Mike at the front desk is incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I’ve already come here for two oil changes, and every time I leave impressed. Their prices are unbeatable compared to big chains like Firestone, Jiffy Lube, Midas, Grease Monkey, and of course, the dealerships. What I really appreciate is that this shop allows me to bring my own oil and filters eveb though having them take care of everything costs around the same once their coupon is applied. Their service is also impressively quick; I was in and out of my appointment in about 40 minutes. Mike and his team provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond. One small but meaningful gesture: after finishing the work, they drive my car out for me which makes me feel valued as a customer. Got everything done that I needed, and it was all at a very fair price – once I presented a coupon. I will say that the gentleman at the front desk was nice but also pretty off-putting, lots of awkward silences and moments where I expected him to talk and he didn’t say anything… Once it was clear what services I was asking for, he took my keys mid-conversation and walked into the garage without saying anything else, and I assumed he would come back. Waited at the front desk for about 5-7 mins, when he returned he asked if I needed something else, lol. Overall though, good prompt service.
