Exceptional customer service! I woke up to an unexpected flat tire this morning and a friend was able to fill it with just enough air for me to drive to Big O Tires. Anthony squeezed me, found a nail in the tire, fixed it for me for free, and I was on my way in a half hour. I’m so grateful for both the kindness and amazing service I received. I highly recommend!!

These guys are so helpful! I had a big fat nail in my tire that was flat as a pancake. They scheduled me for within an hour and fixed it in less time than it took for my snowy pants to dry! And they didn’t charge me! While I was waiting I overheard an older gentleman giving a tech hell for the cold temperatures setting off his tire sensors…the tech was so patient. I felt so bad for them…sometimes it’s a thankless job I’m sure. But today…thank you so much for picking up your phone and getting me back on the road! I appreciate it!

Major shout out to Anthony, Tim and the other front desk expert!! These are all principal men that I guarantee you WONT FIND ANYWHERE else in Northern Colorado. This tire shop has the best team you’ll ever find both technically, ethically and morally!! In a time where business is being emphasized, these guys come back to the principal of community and always are there for you. I will recommend every single person I know to come to this specific shop. Patched my flat tire for free! Only had to wait an hour and the staff was very direct and cool letting me know exactly what to expect. Efficient guys that are truly looking out for your best interest.

Great service. Needed rear wheel bearings replaced in a 2015 Subaru Forester. Tried the DIY approach and gave up as bad ones were really seized in the hub socket. Brought it in and they installed my parts (no parts warranty) but runs like a champ. In and out in less than 1/2 day. Tim at service counter great to work with and shout out to Corey the mechanic. Said it was really loud in the shop when he was removing the old axle hub bearing assemblies with an air chisel. Good job and will be back if needing other services.

My 2000 Suzuki Grand Vitara was in need of a lot of TLC so I had a lot of repairs that needed done. Brad was very helpful with getting me several appointments; figuring out what needed to be done along with the technician, and getting the work done as soon as possible. David, the technician, kept working and working to make sure it was done correctly. Most repair shops would just give up after a while and call it "good enough". Tim, Anthony, and the team provided me with a really good deal on a new set of tires, inspected and found some other issues that will need to be fixed for safety, and offered a no pressure but reasonable estimate for the additional work. The experience was great… the time to do the work was minimal (I had an appointment), and I’m confident the work was done well and I’ll be taken care of if I ever have any issues. As a bonus, the waiting area was clean, there was fresh coffee, and the WiFi helped me get some work done while at the store.

These guys are great and all deserve a raise! They got me amazingly priced quality products and their customer service is top tier. Those who know the north side area know it's not a great side of town. They had quite a character there, she told me her scabs were parasites and other weird things as well as asking for money. They stayed professional through all the interactions and all of them were very kind despite the possibly uncomfortable situation they were all stuck in! They also got me in and out decently quick considering they had to get the battery delivered that I needed.
