Was on a long road trip (2k miles) took a chunk of cement off a cement truck right to the windshield. Left a chip and a small crack. Called about walk in chip repair and they offer walk ins daily before 4pm. They were able to seal the chip and notch out the crack so it wouldn’t get any worse. Was able to get back on the road within the hour. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Waaaaay better than Safelite. We had back to back window replacements on the same car 2 weeks apart. 1. Cheaper. It would have been 100$ cheaper at full cost but the let me opt out of the lane change warning thing (that I hate and never use), saving me 400$ total. 2. They answer the phone. Genius! Safelite is a national number and is next to impossible to speak to the local shop. 3. The desk people are normal intelligent people 4. It was faster. 5. They secured these weird plastic window liners on my Toyota that Safelite just left loose. 6. They will replace your window if it breaks for any reason, for free, for up to a year. Or if it’s more of a chip they will do a chip repair. Had I gone to them first I wouldn’t have paid twice. 7. They’re local. 8. The property is taken care of.

I just really wanted to come on here to thank not just the staff but the owner of this place. I had just bought my vehicle and drove it twice and got a chip. I was having a very vedy very rough week.safelite was no help to me at all. I had gone here before for the same problem and couldn’t remember their place. And when I drove by I remembered that that’s where I took my old car about two years ago! I stopped in and they did more than just fix my cracked window. Little did the owner know he made me feel better than I’ve felt all week. He felt like a dad to me sitting me down annd explaining everything. And the worker who fixed my car explained everything to me multiple times in such detail. The front desk staff are the sweetest ladies. I am forever grateful. They do more than just fix cracks.

I have worked with many glass companies and by far this was the simplest process. They have a wonderful dog friendly location. They have a nice waiting room that I could work in while I waited for my windshield to be replaced. The staff was friendly and professional. They were more affordable than other companies that the insurance industry will encourage you to use. I highly encourage you to consider them not only because of price, but they have a 12 month warranty for breakage and chip repairs. For Colorado drivers this warranty is a huge plus.

ZERO STARS! I just recently had my Tesla’s windshield replaced here (last week) at Glass Doctor of the Front Range under warranty, and what should have been a straightforward 2-2.5 hour job turned into a nightmare due to poor workmanship and dishonesty. Right after picking up the car, we noticed a new warning on the screen: one headlight was out and needed service. This issue was not present before the replacement. When we pointed it out, the owner came out, said they would double-check everything to make sure all was reassembled correctly, and we waited. The tech mentioned looking at forums online but could not figure it out. After two more hours, they admitted they were unsure what caused the new service warning and told us to take it to Tesla Service. We left frustrated and worried we would be stuck paying for a repair we did not cause. Tesla Service diagnosed the problem the very next day: wires had been ripped/damaged when the windshield was removed, and the shop had attempted to solder them back together as a quick “fix”—without telling us! Their improper repair did not work, and they never disclosed the damage or their attempt to cover it up. This was not only incompetent but dishonest—they let us drive away knowing (or should have known) there was a serious issue they caused and poorly tried to patch. We had to deal with extra hassle, driving risks due to failing headlight and turn signal, and so much uncertainty because of it. I strongly recommend going directly to Tesla Service for any glass work on a Tesla (and for any Tesla services if I am being honest), or at least choosing a shop with proven experience and transparency. Avoid this place if you value honesty and proper repairs. Tesla owners, be cautious—windshield jobs can involve sensitive wiring and sensors, and cutting corners here can lead to bigger problems. They actually told us they hate working on Tesla's too... so that made us feel like we were in the wrong place to begin with. Why offer a service you do not even like doing? Not to mention the poor communication prior to the windshield replacement... we waited a month for the windshield to even show up and received no updates even after they had received it—we had to call multiple times to get any information! Just go somewhere else.
