Probably the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I found them doing a google search and they popped up as the first hail repair shop. Called to make an appointment and was able to get in the next day for an evaluation. The process was seamless and stress free. Chuck and his son are a great pair. They have great vibe about them and I knew I was leaving my car in great hands. I would definitely recommend this place. My hail repair was more than I could have asked for. They went above and beyond to get my car in tip top shape as if that hailstorm never touched my vehicle. If you’re looking to get your hail damage repaired. I had hail damage on my car from a recent storm. They made the process of getting my car repaired SO easy. My auto insurance doesn't cover rental cars but, they were able to set me up with a loaner car while my car was in the shop. The best part was, that I didn't even have to leave my house. They picked up my car, dropped off the rental car, and returned my car to me when it was finished. As a busy Mom of two kids, this made the process of getting my car repaired stress free. I will definitely be using Pro Dent Hail Center in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

The precautions that this business has taken due to COVID makes each and every customer feel safe with the steps that they have done to make the lobby clean along with their workers. I am an older car junkie for over 50 years. So, I am picky to say the least. I thought I would stop by Pro Dent and see if they were any good. Well, I couldn't find them as they are tucked away. So, I go to a body shop around the corner and ask if they know where Pro Dent is. The unanimous office reply was "they fix all the hail dents for the body shop" and proceeded to walked me over for a personal introduction to Chuck. Chuck and his crew were as good as advertised by the body shop (maybe better). True pros. I would say I have made a new friend as well as the only place I will go or recommend to family and friends for hail dent repair. If you have hail problems and don't try them out, your loss...................

It took a long time to get the parts in but that was out of his hands, so he kept me updated. Our suv looks awesome! Cannot tell we got a whole new hood and you would never know it was hailed on! I took it to his shop a few days later and he turned it around in less than a week! You can’t even tell I went down. Thanks to him, I’m back up and running and with my tank all fixed up, it’s even prettier than before.
