I've used them for various issues (none of their fault) and will continue to use them as needed. The customer service lounge area doesn't compare to the "car" service lounge but wouldn't keep me from patronizing them.

I brought my truck in for some warranty work so I thought I should get the oil changed while it was in. When I asked what they charged i was given a price so I told them to go ahead and get it done. After the work was completed I proceded to pay and was informed that there was an extra 30 dollar SHOP FEE, added to the bill. They told me they charge everyone a 30 dollar fee. I asked them what was the shop fee for and was told it was for miscellaneous stuff like rags, nuts, bolts, etc etc that they might need. Kind of excessive if you ask me. To hide such a fee and not be strait forward does not seem honest to me. Sneaking in a extra charge is wrong in my opinion. Nothing was mentioned up front. I figured charging over 120 bucks for an oil change on a hemi was covering a shop fee, where else would you change the oil? In the parking lot?

Contacted the store on Saturday and spoke to Juan. I made a deal to purchase a truck. I submitted a credit application and made the 1 hr and 20 minute drive from the Parker area to trade in my truck and buy the vehicle. When I arrived at the Ram store I was told Juan was not there and the new truck I was purchasing was at the Jeep store where Juan worked. I was not aware of this. We started walking the lot comparing the few Ram trucks they had in person. One of their sales persons was uncomfortably close to us following my wife and two children. We went ahead and made just got back in my vehicle and drove to the Jeep store. Upon arrival at the jeep store we found Juan. We took the Ram truck for a test drive and we found a lot of the safety features and tech to be missing in a truck that has an MSRP of $87k. My wife and I decided this isn't the truck for us. However we were willing to buy another truck from them if they can trade another dealer for the exact spec truck as they had shared with us as a possibility. It was a little after 7 and we went ahead and went home. The next day on Sunday I texted Juan and was agreeable to proceed forward. On Monday he texted me and we communicated all morning until a little after 1pm. We made a deal to purchase a truck with the same exact spec we were seeking as they were trading another dealer. I felt if I worked with this dealer already and they had ran my credit and was I already approved there was no need to go somewhere else and take hard credit hits by running my credit. I care about my score and take it very seriously as I'm over 800. I was not able to reach Juan any longer. I called and texted. At one point he answered and said he would call me back and no response. I called the store and would only get his voicemail. I called to speak with the manager "Nick" and only get his voicemail. No calls returned. Another thing to point out I felt they were playing with the interest rates. Providing interest rates over 8% and then when we had an issue with the rate they lowered it into the 6%. The sales guy ended up making a comment the finance guy was getting burned because he's not making money on the rate. Furthermore Juan was not providing a complete buyers order with all the figures and when he did provide it the vehicle information was wrong. I started to feel a lack of transparency. As of now the salesperson has ghosted me and the time I put into this has been wasted. I'm not one to write bad reviews however this is an egregious and complete disregard for customer service. I can under stand if some circumstance changed and they were not able to get the deal done. If they communicated it then we would have moved on but false promises and ignoring the customer to get out of it is no way to treat nay customer. Currently I'm still on the hunt for the vehicle I want. If anything changes or if the dealership reaches out I will update this review. Buyer Beware.

On a cross country trip our 2017 Dodge Ram showed a “perform service” light. We had it serviced 9 days before our trip so we were concerned. We were stopping in Fort Collins for the night so I called the Dodge dealership and they transferred me here where I spoke to Jennifer and then Jesse. They were so accommodating and helpful! Turns out the dealership who performed our service overfilled the oil and the crank case filter was saturated with oil. Jesse and his team worked their magic (replaced the filter and drained some of our oil) and we were back on the road within a couple of hours. I can’t say thank you enough for being so courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond and their customer service was outstanding!

I had visited Fort Collins Truck and Fleet Service before and was always pleased with the service level and customer care. I saw no reason to go anywhere else so had my Laramie Longhorn 3500 in this week for a check up and routine scheduled service. Bottom line is that the level of care was once again top notch. My service tech Ted performed an extensive warranted service and flawlessly executed it and took the time to thoroughly explain the job before and after. This work was discovered during a routine service call and the proactive knowledge saved me thousands of dollars because it was caught while still under warranty. Finally, the General Manager Jesse kept me updated on the service work as well, completed the work on time and now I have a perfectly running truck. On a side note, I have been a small business owner all my life and the dedication and care Jesse showed toward me (and I understand shows regularly to everyone after speaking with associates) is hard to find these days and I only wish I could have had someone with this dedication years past. This attitude also seems to be present among all that work for Jesse and there is a genuine respect for him. If you need RAM service, do not think twice or go anywhere else. Curt C.

Worst experience ever having work done on any vehicle I've owned in my lifetime in multiple states. Literally took months and several repeat intakes to deal with a recall issue on my Sprinter RV. Jesse is a smooth talker and comes off like an attentive caring person, (in fact he'll tell you so) but can clearly smile and lie to your face. Months later I'm still waiting for the release paperwork he promised would come in a couple days, so I know what work was completed. Repeated messages and texts with no results. Just like calls to see where they were with the work in the months they had it. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Jesse is unbelievable... best customer service, hands down, that I’ve ever ran across in any business/industry. I travel for a living and rely heavily on my vehicle for my job. Twice I happened to break down in northern Colorado. Jesse got me in and out on both occasions and took great care of me and my vehicle. The team here was incredible! We had scheduled to come in to have an oil change, a recall, a dashboard going out, and the most important to us was that our coolant was leaking. When we dropped off the night before, we talked with Devan about all of our issues more in depth, and he was incredibly attentive. He took notes as we were sharing with him and told us he would follow up. The next day, he kept us in the loop on the issues and shared an honest update. I appreciate someone not just sugar coating, but he shared the news professionally and with sincererity in his voice that they were trying and wanted us back on the road as soon as possible. The issue with our coolant lines was that because it was a class B rv van on a ram promaster chasis, the lines that the rv company installed were giving out. They were able to update everything in a day and a half. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of us and a huge shout out to Devan for constantly updating us and being an overall great person!

I have certain people at this company I can go to with my truck. I have bought 2 vehicles from this car lot a 2012 dodge 2500 crew cab and also a 2018 dodge cummins 2500 crew cab. I love them both. First 1 had some issues, but nothing dodge didn't get taken care of. Plus bought the after market warranty and it came in handy with a new motor covered! Thank you dodge for fighting the company on that 1 and getting it taken care of. My second truck is amazing as they took care of warranty work. Always buy the after market warranties!!! If it's used. They can't tell the future on used vehicles they do a really good job at getting them ready to go out! I know the mechanics personally. Great set of guys , very honest and go the extra mile. Jensen is the best and his partner next to him. Anyway definitely recommend these guys for vehicles and trust worthy customer service.
