Over priced, Unreliable! The cost of doing business with this shop is higher than any other shop in town, for every service they provide. Worse yet, you must double check over the work that has been performed to your vehicle, as to make sure you are in fact getting everything you payed for... If a shop is willing to cut such cheap corners in order to save a buck, then what other corners were cut while working on your vehicle?!? Multiple visits over the course of a couple years to make this assessment. Never again!

They are just amazing people. I’m passing through Fort Collins on a sprinter, and I was turned away at other tire places without looking due to “commercial tires.” These guys took a look and put some air and ensured me that it was just a matter of psi. A job any tire shop could have done, but thankfully these guys took a look, fixed the issue, and sent me off no charge.

5-star rating for me! I came into the shop because I found my lug-nuts were loose on my truck tires. Immediately, the service dept. told me to pull up to the garage bay and that they would take a look. Not only did they re-torque all lug-nuts, but they made sure no components were damaged. All at NO COST. Then they followed up with writing an invoice so I could take it to Ford and get them to pay for new lugnuts. Great group of guys!

Great tire shop! Prompt professional service! I use GCR for mostly commercial but they also service standard vehicles. Awesome group of guys that work here, they definitely go over the top on customer service! Highly recommended!! Recently ran over something on a set of railroad tracks, chunked out 2 tires and completely shredded 2 on the low boy. The service truck was out within an hour and swapped all 4 and had me back on the road in no time at all. Driving truck, time is money and they waste no time!
