★★★★★ f I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I’ve been bringing my car here for a while, and they’ve always taken great care of it. My Subaru had alot of miles and it was definitely showing its age. As well as a bit of negligence on my part. They never overcharged me, always explained things clearly, and early on I even price-checked them — every time they came out fair, reasonable, and honest. When my car recently broke down, the repair would have been a costly job. Instead of pushing me to spend the money, they told me it would make more sense to put it toward another vehicle. That level of honesty is rare. They even lent me their spare car — free of charge — for almost three weeks while I looked for a new one, and would have let me keep it longer if I’d needed. Once I found my new car, they drove me 45 minutes to Longmont to pick it up. They kept my old car safe in the meantime, just because they’re genuinely good people. In a world where many mechanics try to squeeze every penny out of you, these folks are the complete opposite. They’re kind, trustworthy, and always put your best interest first. I won’t take my car anywhere else. I used to call my father for advise but I trust these guys fully at this point.

★★★★★ I live on the road. As such, I am dependent upon service centers occasionally. I found myself in need of some exhaust work. I went in, after being referred by an auto parts store, and let them know what I needed. One of the employees cheerfully greeted me and asked what I needed. After describing a piece of custom exhaust to correct a problem that I was having, he went out and made the piece I needed. One of the frustrations that many people have, myself included, about an auto service center, is whether or not you can have confidence that you are getting the appropriate service for a fair price. While I waited for my custom work to be done, I was able to listen to a couple of telephone conversations, and a couple of walk-in customers. The consistency of the answers and the cheerfulness of the delivery reinforced to me that this would be a place that I would come to if I needed work. They offer a full range of automotive services as well as exhaust work. They are fully staffed and have several bays for automotive work. When it comes down to your automobile, what you want is the confidence of trust. My interaction, those short, gave me confidence that this would be a place that I would come back to to have my vehicle worked on. The lobby had many chairs for automotive service while you wait, and was large and airy. It smelled clean. It was clean. Though I am just traveling through, I hope my interaction and this review might give you confidence to give these folks a visit for your automotive repair needs. Greg
