Avoid the overpriced cabin and engine air filter change.. Perfectly serviceable Fram units are available from both Walmart and Amazon. Anyone with two thumbs and a Phillips head can do it--check YouTube for instructions.

Dropped off at 1015 for a 1030 appointment, received vehicle back at 1145. Did not receive the normal discount on my oil change for purchasing the vehicle there, no sense in going back when I can get it done faster and cheaper elsewhere

I've been using Dellenbach for several years. I've had my Impala, Silverado, Sierra, Suburban, Cruze, and Accent serviced here. I've also referred several friends and family to buy cars off of their lot. In recent years, I have found their service to be lacking immensely. I feel that when someone visits this dealer, especially for service, they are going to be received as an annoyance for bothering them with a problem. I've come in with specific requests that have been ignored. I've had to execute all the follow-up on my own vehicle because no one would call me. I've had to hunt down techs to find out what was done to my vehicle because there were no notes. My most recent service was the nail in the coffin. I had my truck in for service on a transmission and for an inspection. Providing my own follow-up after 8 hours, I was told my truck had still not been looked at for the transmission or inspection. I was told they would get on it shortly. Not an hour and a half later I get a call back saying there's no issues and to come and get it. When I arrive, the service attendant is not available. I check out to receive my receipt and tech notes and find there are no notes. I ask if anyone can provide me with details and they say they will have the service attendant that was helping me call me the following morning. I never received a call. I could have called and persisted to provide my own follow-up and investigated, but that's not why I bring my vehicle into Dellenbach. I bring it for service and professional maintenance or lack there of as I have experienced. My transmission problems continue and I have no idea what was done to my truck save for 27 miles on the odometer. My dealings with Dellenbach are over.

This dump is a joke for service, took 3 weeks to get truck fixed, they don't update you unless you call them, shady explanations, asked for emailed quote three times, never got one, truck has retractable side rails that worked just fine when we dropped truck off now they don't work and they are trying to say they didn't work. Avoid this dump at all costs. They even admitted to un hooking them! We run Chevrolets in our fleet and have never had service this bad or shady, shop area even looks like a dump. I would recommend taking your stuff to King or Johnsons! Anywhere but this place!

I had bought a suburban in Kansas earlier this year as it was hard to find the Diesel engine. I dropped off my suburban 3 days before my scheduled appt hoping to get it serviced before family come into town. Service desk was incredibly accommodating to making the service happen today and letting me know they would squeeze me in even though their schedule was full. They even offered me a Lyft ride to get back to my family as my wife was shuttling 3 kids around. Will add more to review once I pick the suburban up but this place’s customer service has been incredible.

Dropped off Subaru at my pre-scheduled appointment at 10am. Oil change and recall fix needed. No more then two hours of work estimated. Took five hours, with communication on time status only prompted by myself, four hours into appointment. I'll service my car elsewhere....felt like rookies.

I'm beyond grateful for the team at the Dellenbach body shop today. After hitting a deer this morning, they have made what has otherwise been a rough day into a more easeful experience. They worked to fit me in to make it so I can open my driver's side door, checked whether my truck is drivable, and gave me an estimate for repairs when it was clear they had a lot on their plate. We have been happy with the service we have received prior to this, but today was really an exceptional example of great service and people being good humans. Had my Subaru’s body work done here after I was rear-ended in traffic recently. New hatch, bumper, and body panel work done in less than 3 days! And above all else, the customer service and quality of work was far beyond my expectations. It was paid by the other person’s insurance and Dellenbach dealt with them directly so I didn’t have to. When I picked up my car I was blown away by the quality of the repairs; my car looks brand new! And they even cleaned the car inside and out. I will definitely be coming back her for any future body work! Absolutely A+

Arrived 30min prior to my scheduled appointment and checked in at the newly placed kiosk. While checking in, a gentleman came and retrieved my keys and pulled my vehicle outside. I completed my checkin and made eye contact with four service advisors on my way to the waiting area. Approximately 40 minutes after starting check-in, I noticed that my vehicle was outside, idling and unattended. After asking the porter what the heck was going on, he told me he didn't know and directed me to the service manager at my request. After speaking with the service manager, he initially told me that since I had scheduled diagnostics with my preventive maintenance, I was not to use the kiosk. No signs or clear directions had been posted, and no service advisors had even attempted to make contact for the previous 40 minutes I had been in their service waiting room. I had previous received an email stating that an advisor would get me to discuss cost, etc. Seeing that it was the high volume dropoff time, I did not go bother the advisors as chances are they wouldnt have information until it went into the bay anyway. If I had to rate the departments separately, I would rate advising a 2 and the techs a 4.

To be fair, how many stars you give a vehicle repair shop is probably dependent on how quickly they diagnose and fix your problem. And I tend to avoid dealerships because they're generally more expensive, but in this case it was an electrical problem, and I felt like Dellenbach was more qualified to diagnose it. I was right. I had been quoted $700 from a private repair shop just to diagnose the problem, and as it turned out, what they were going to do would not have identified the problem. Anyway, Dellenbach figured it out the same day, ordered the parts, had it fixed two days later, and here we are. They're very professional, communication was great, and the problem was resolved. Highly recommend!

I brought my car in for a bumper-to-bumper inspection as I just bought the car used and wanted to make sure it was working properly. The woman working the front desk was very friendly and professional and quoted me at a 3 hour wait. I waited in the customer lounge, which was cozy, and used their free internet to get some work done on my laptop. After only an hour and a half, I was called back to the front as my car was done! I got a fairly detailed summary of my car report and was back on the road much earlier than I was expecting. I will definitely be back when it's needed!

I am so grateful to Abel and his exemplary service when my Chevy Volt broke down. He made the extra effort to “do some digging” and found an unexpired warranty that I didn’t know I had, covering the nearly $5,000 worth of work that needed to be done, plus a nice loaner vehicle.
