Workmanship was poor. They left my truck with dirty hand prints, trash, writing on it, gummy glue, leaking water in it, loose vent shade, and put 22 miles on my truck. This was an insurance claim from hail damage.

Crash Champions was extremely professional throughout the entire repair process. Their team kept me informed, treated me with respect, and did quality work on my vehicle. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail and it’s clear they care about doing the job right. However, I’m very frustrated with how the insurance side of things played out specifically with Progressive. For the premium I pay every month, I expect original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, not cheap aftermarket alternatives. It doesn’t make sense to pay top dollar for coverage, only to be told that corners have to be cut by progressive when something actually goes wrong. Thankfully, Crash Champions stood by their work and explained everything clearly. But insurance companies like Progressive need to start prioritizing policyholders over profit. If you’re paying for full coverage, you should get the real parts not second rate replacements.

Had an unfortunate incident with a negligent driver. We all know how much of a nightmare it can be dealing with insurance and body shops. Crash Champions on Mulberry made it seamless! They got me in TWO days after the accident and had my car back to me in TWO weeks!!! They gave me updates twice a week and even cleaned it out prior to returning it. The customer service was probably the best I'd ever had and I'd highly recommended them again and again!

MORE DAMAGES THAN BEFORE and MISSING COMPONENTS - Included in the images -. As a diesel mechanic, it is clear that any decent level of care is lacking at this facility. There is no professionalism, nobody took account for my missing pieces and damages, and, equally, the manager has failed to contact me since. People that don't do the job right, don't care about the customer, and don't really want to work in their particular field, tend to group together. This business is a reflection of that. I truly recommend to the individuals that work here and participated in and/or oversaw this careless job, please re-evaluate your interests and maybe move onto something else where you can produce more value for yourself and others because your lack of care is both reflected in your work and it is less than inadequate in this field. It took the shop 6 days to have a bumper re-installed after an insurance inspection, incorrectly and with missing components substituted by zip ties.Complimented with mud clear up to the top of my wheel wells and nice new 12" scrape on the side of my bumper, plus an additional 2 hours of waiting after I showed up.

I had a terrible experience with the first shop my car was at, as well as my insurance company. By time it had gotten to Crash Champions, it had already been two months since my accident... I was so thankful for twice-weekly updates Chris would provide me, letting me know exactly what stage of the process they were at. When I got my car back it looked brand new, and drives better than before. I am very thankful for the work ethic, communication and professionalism I experienced with this company.
