Prime Dent Repair did a fantastic job fixing a tough dent in my 2022 Land Rover. The dealer wanted to replace the entire quarter panel - these folks did it perfectly without doing that. Plus, they are just really pleasant folks to work with! I hope I don't get more dents but if I do I will certainly go back to them.

I had a sharp dent caused by a shopping cart in the back of my car. I called Prime Dent Repair and they did an estimate through pictures taken from different angels. That same day I got an appointment and two hours later my car was dent free. I am very pleased with the result. I appreciate their knowledge and prompt response. I highly recommend them.

These guys do good quality work! Thank you Prime Dent Repair. Update: Not sure what happened to this shop but it has really gone downhill the past 5 years. I went to go get a quote on one door dent/ding and the open sign was on and nobody home. Called the two numbers on the door and the only one that answers is located down in Denver. Guy straight up lied to me twice via text message. One about price. The other about a past employee who I guess no longer works there but originally said he did still work at thier Texas location. Just felt very unprofessional. Mismanaged.

Shop around and then go to Prime Dent Repair and you will realize why you should have the work done there. Two places I visited could not schedule an estimate (let alone repair) until 3 weeks later. One estimate I did get was ridiculously high. Prime Dent Repair gave me immediate service at a most affordable price. The work was expertly done within a week. I am totally satisfied and highly recommend this company.

As a recent transplant to CO, have been concerned about the almost inevitable Hail Damage others warn about. Have passed this place many times and very curious about Paintless Dent Repair and maybe thought it was like something from As Seen on TV or a some kind of lure. Stopped by last week and looked at a couple of Beemers they were working on; extensive hailstone impacts on the hood and trunk but the just finished top was smooth as new. So impressed, I scheduled an appointment to have a conventional (not hail) impact dent repaired. Totally, 100% satisfied and still amazed at the fix. Very unique skillset to do this so flawlessly, I'm now more relieved about dealing with the inevitable hail damage that will someday hit. Yes, friendly as others have mentioned but I'm more interested in a retailer that delivers as promised. This outfit delivered. One more thing: they assessed some other vehicle damage I pointed out and honestly stated that this type of damage could not be repaired at their shop and offered a couple of alternatives. Hope the attached before and after pics are helpful to a potential customer.

Had a dent on the bedside of my truck, took it in and the technician was able to fix it without doing any bodywork and in ably a couple of hours. I can’t even tell where the dent was! Will be coming back to Prime Dent Repair for any future repairs I might need.

I chose PDR to work on my vehicle and I was extremely happy with the results. I shopped around for a company to do the work and I was turned down by multiple companies, or the time frame was too far out. They were quick and answered all my questions. They offered me a loaner vehicle and got the job done quickly! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs to their vehicles! They were amazing to work with and I couldn’t be happier!
