Fantastic Service! The staff were all very nice and professional. They were so thoughtful that when I picked up my car, it was running with the A/C on so it would be nice and cool for me, and they even put up my window shades. I will definitely go back if I need repairs. 10/10

What started out as a simple check engine light turned into a confusing, at least for me, a search for what the computer continued to report as the same problem. All Tech West did another in-depth detailed examination of the problem and came back with an answer and solution. The solution being. Costly one I went looking for a second opinion at the dealership service department, who could would know my car better than them. Well they stuck to their original diagnosis even though that had been repaired anda All Tech West said it wasn’t. I showed them All Tech’s report. Their response was that they had never seen such a detailed report and that they would do that repair which magically matched All Tech’s repair. It would have saved me some hassle but All Tech figured it out when the manufacturers local dealer could not. The earner the business so I hah them do. They were right on what needed to be done, they had worked on my car once before and it was a good experience, they are easy to work with, moment back to them several times and called them as much and they were helpful patient and polite. I’ll use them again in the future and would recommend them to family and friends.

I had what I thought was some really serious issues with my Jeep. All Tech was able to get me in promptly, explained what I could expect, and even gave me a loaner car! (Really? This was a huge bonus!). I received text messages and emails every step of the way and a complete breakdown of the diagnosis. The diagnostic sheet allowed me to accept or decline which services I wanted to have done, inclusive of cost for each service suggested. I’m a single woman, I do know a bit about cars, but my biggest fear is feeling like, they “see a naive woman coming”, and sometimes and to be taken advantage of. Never once did I feel that way. Communication is key to me, I received this, and wonderful workmanship as well. I’m back in the road again. Thank you Margo, Chris and Pat. I will continue to recommend you guys! Great job!

Had a slow oil leak on our car. Pat got us in right away. Turns out it was a faulty oil filter (not their fault but one of those fast oil change shops!). They sent me a video of where the leak is, got it fixed with a new oil filter and oil change. Great mechanics and great service!

Was told $512 to drop my transmission pan on my Ford and replace filter/fluid that was the exact price. Only to get called back 5 minutes later to be told the real actual price was $800+. Crooks!!! Would never go here again!!! " I will say, I do appreciate the outcome of what the owner Pat did. I feel like that was a proper thing to do. And that really shows that the business does truly care about their customers."

This is the most honest, and upstanding shop I've ever dealt with. Communication is overboard (in a great way), the staff are wonderful, and they do the work above and beyond even the dealerships I usually work with. And at a better rate. I like being able to take my vehicle in, and be confident in the service. These guys are customer committed.

Called Friday and made a diagnostic appointment for Monday 8am. Showed up Monday and was not on the schedule. Was told I probably booked it at their other location. Called the number I called Friday and it rang in shop. Told that then maybe the other location could diagnose but told me to call over and check and that their current diagnostic person may not be back until mid week. You have only 1 mechanic able to run a diagnostic? Bad/ lazy business.

All tech did a terrible job repairing my Dodge Ram. Went in for an oil change, fuel filter change, and a request to replace the belt and belt tensioner. I left the truck with them for an entire week and specifically explained that I was traveling and giving them plenty of time to ensure the work was done thoroughly. When I returned to pick up the truck, the next morning I started it, fuel was pouring out of the fuel filter and the belt was squeaking terribly bad. So, I delayed all my travel plans further so I could take the truck back on Monday, now missing several days of work to do so. I called around 2pm that day to check in; they told me that they “dressed” the belt, and that the fuel filter had been fixed. Picked it up, same issues as before. Told me if I want anything further repaired, they have to charge a $250 diagnosis fee for EACH of these issues that they clearly had caused themselves. Terrible customer service, they were extremely rude and unfriendly when it came time to fix work that was done incorrectly. Ultimately I took it to a new mechanic in Glenwood Springs, got everything fixed for half the price, and had to dispute the charges on my credit card. Terrible, horrible place.

They cleared diesel fuel (not my error) out of my tank and fuel lines and it runs so much better! And they got me in quick too. On a second vehicle they did a great job with alignment on a lifted Jeep with new suspension parts. It tracks so much better and no more death wobble.

Had my 2003 Jeep Wrangler in for check engine light diagnostic. All Tech specialists found the problem right away. Got me in and out faster than I expected even after replacing another failing part they discovered. All very efficient and they kept me updated in real time. Reasonable rates and no flim-flammery. Very nice front desk folks and good explanation of the service needed and completed. And gave me a nice loaner car as well. As I noted when picking up my Jeep: All Tech is now my "go to" place for maintenance/repairs on this vehicle!

We came out to Colorado to visit our son and his veh was in need of a water pump and cv axle. We called All Tech they got it right in, did diagnostics to find the issue. They texted the diagnosis and prices. They performed the service and it was ready by end of day. All Tech Automotive made it feel like we were back home working with our hometown mechanics.
