Went in to test drive some cars a few weeks ago. They were super busy and were not able to spend time with us at that moment, but the manager gave us the keys to a couple of cars and told us to "Drive them like you stole them" so we took them up around Horsetooth on our own and really got to test them out. Haven't made a decision about the purchase yet but overall great experience and we totally understand they were busy and couldn't meet with us.

I saw an advertisement for a very low mileage 2001 Porsche Carrera in Colorado, yet I am in New York. Hesitant, I still sent an inquiry about the car. Phil Meyer, Porsche brand ambassador, emailed me back, and we scheduled many calls together. He than sent me more detailed photos and videos of the car. His knowledge, sincerity, professionalism, and of course his confidence in the vehicle made me at ease and I had no doubt I was going to happy with the purchase. His associate sent me the documents to sign, and return. I wired the funds, and emailed proof of insurance. The process was flawless (like the car!) I cannot express my thanks for Mr. Meyers patience with my million questions. When there was a question that was more mechanical that I had asked, within minutes we had a 3-way call one of their Porsche mechanics! Phil and his team at Ed Carroll Porsche are the very best. I didn't buy my car from Porsche Fort Collins, but boy do I wish I had! I bought my car out of state from another Porsche dealer. After months of wrangling about things that were wrong and they did not disclose, I finally contacted corporate for Porsche. The original dealer then agreed to let me take it to a local dealer for service. I chose Porsche Fort Collins. Their service department was utterly wonderful--a complete 180 from the experience I had at the original dealership. They corrected what was wrong and brought to my attention the need for an additional replacement. Ryan talked to the manager at the other dealership, and I finally ended up with what should have been done at point of purchase. Ryan was attentive, professional, understanding, and put my needs first ahead of anything else. They restored my faith in Porsche. I couldn't be happier or more grateful for their help, and I will definitely be going to Porsche Fort Collins for my next purchase!

This dealership represents what I see as the highest level of service and hospitality. I bought a used Lexus from them that was priced below the tax rate on most of the cars they normally sell. Yet I felt treated as though I was any other customer. With patience, respect, and positive attention to every detail. Jared and Blake worked together seamlessly, and delivered me a 5 star buying experience. From the first email, to the hand delivery of the car to my home in Denver over an hour away, they were professional, efficient, and very friendly. This Dealership is awesome! Blake in sales is the best! Drove a couple of new Macan EVs and checked out a few 911’s. Blake is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The Sales Manager Ed was awesome, also extremely knowledgeable and zero pressure which was great. My wife and I are BMW people looking to possibly switch over from our two 2025 i4 M50s to possibly Two Macan’s or a Macan and a 911. My wife was too nervous to go as we have a year left on our leases and was worried about high pressure sales tactics. Not the case at all. After they spent hours with me educating me on the brand and answering all my questions, They actually insisted I take one home for a day or two to have my wife drive it and check out all of the features from the comfort of our home. My wife loved the Macan. We will be keeping the BMWs till the end of our lease and coming back for two Porsches in 10 months or so because of how great Blake and Ed were.
