Eddie Tourelle's Nissan has the BEST service department of any Nissan in the area. Even when I lived far from their location, I still drove out of my way to go there. You can trust your car to their capable hands. And Josh and Jamie will take great care of all your needs. I recommend them highly!

The service representatives were awesome. I only deducted a star because the service technician rotated my tires but did not check the tire pressure, I had to add about five pounds of air to each tire. Also they left oil on one of the plastic trim panels underneath the hood.

I purchased a use Nissan Kicks in March of this year. It seems to be a nice vehicle. I like the way it handles and the comfort. I experienced some noise while braking so I brought it in to check it out. Three times. The service rep. keeps telling me that’s normal. I don’t think a squeaking scrapping, crunching noise is normal. The last time I brought it in for the brake noise it stopped so evidently they did something. How long it last I’ll let you know. TheWarning lights came on shortly after I bought it. They did fix that. An update to my brake problem. I filed a complaint with the BBB. The next day the service manager called me to set up a service to try to fix the brake problem I brought it in. I meet him. A very nice man. He had his head tech look at my brakes. They found the problem and fixed it. I call the BBB and withdrew the complaint. So that proved I was being honest about my brakes.The service rep. was also a nice person. I emailed the VP and told him he is fortunate to have good people working for him. I also read he (the Vp) was ready to do battle over the BBB complaint but I had withdrew the complaint by then and he cooled off.

Front right tire blew out. After getting help from a St Tammany Parish Deputy brought my car to Nissan. Ashley was a great help on the phone and when I arrived Ron was also a great help. Ron is probably one of the nicest guys I have worked with since purchasing my car. Left my car there and it was ready later in the day. Ron kept us advised the entire time. Next time I bring my car in for maintenance check I will ask for him. Hope he is still there.

Jamie and the entire team at Eddie Tourelle’s Nissan dealership in Covington were outstanding! I came in for a routine oil and filter change and as soon as I pulled up to the service department I was greeted by multiple service writers. Jamie and the team communicated perfectly with me and delivered exceptional customer service from the beginning to the end. While my car was being serviced I received several updates and given the status of my car being completed. To top it off, I was also greeted by Allen who sold me my Rogue! He truly wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my recent purchase and made me feel like I was part of the Nissan family! Great job to the entire team at Northpark Nissan for making my experience so special! Please give them a shout out for a job well done!

LONG POST ALRET🚨 I usually don’t make posts like this, but at this point enough is enough. 🤷🏽♀️ Yesterday I went to Eddie Tourelle’s Nissan because my tire pressure light came on. They found a nail in my tire. I had to leave briefly for work, and one of the employees was incredibly kind—he even gave me his own PSI motor in case the tire pressure dropped before I came back. I truly appreciated that.💪🏾✅ When I returned, I was told there were a few cars ahead of me and it would take an hour or two. No problem. I asked if I could come back after work, and they said as long as I was there before 6 PM, it would be fine.✅ So I got off work early and made it there at 4:39 PM.✅ That’s when Damion Harris repeatedly told me “it’s kind of late for services.”😡 Late? I was doing exactly what your staff told me to do earlier that day.😤 To make matters worse, I had just left work early because I received a video of my son, Jasper, and it looked like he may need emergency veterinary care. I was already stressed and trying to handle multiple things at once.😭 Instead of reassurance, I was met with attitude.🤬 When I mentioned that I no longer trust him because of a previous issue where my transmission went out for the second time and I was incorrectly told nothing could be done since I was “out of warranty” (even though they had just replaced it), he cursed under his breath and got visibly angry.😡😤 Thank God for growth because I wanted to show my ass!!!! After waiting 30 minutes for what should have been a 10-minute tire plug, Mr. Ron brought my receipt and said the tire had been fixed. 🎉 Fast forward to this morning… My tire pressure light is on again. Same tire.🤔 So instead of clocking in for work at 8 AM, I’m sitting at another tire shop dealing with a problem that was supposedly fixed yesterday. 😡 At this point, this is the final straw.👌🏾 The only reason I’ve continued to do business here was because of my salesman, who has always taken care of me. But his professionalism can’t make up for repeated problems with the service department. Nor should I have to keep going to their manager Mr Steve for Issues they are supposed to be taking care of on their own!!! 😤🙄 Because of this experience, I will no longer be a customer here.🤷🏽♀️ trust me I know yall dont care 👌🏾 When it’s time for my next vehicle, my business will be going somewhere else.✅ People deserve honest service, respect, and repairs that are actually done right.☺️ something I can't say I've gotten from your service department...anyways have a great day!! Sorry for those who are affected by things like this who have nothing to do with it...it's bad when everyone suffers for the bad!!
