Our car broke down in Covington on the way from Biloxi to Houston. We had no idea where we were or what shop to have the car towed to but two helpful police officer's recommended Superior Tire and we are very glad they did. Everyone was so kind and they were able to get our car back up and running within a couple of hours. They even let our two dogs sit in the waiting room. Prices are very reasonable, work is great, and I would highly recommend.

I have been using another local independent tire shop close to AutoZone for approximately 10 years. I have bought at least five sets of tires for my Dodge 2500. Bad idea !! Initials P. M not to be trusted. I went to Ryan at Superior Tire, told him I thought my other tire store put me on the road with a bent rim. Twenty five minutes later, he came back and said you have a bent rim, it's not safe. It's nice to have a few Ryan's around. They will have all my future business.

I recently had a nail in a tire and brought it to Superior for repair one morning. Not only did they find another nail in the same tire (that I didn't even see), but they got my replacement tire from the warehouse on the same morning since it wasn't able to be repaired. Service was quick, affordable, and I was out by mid afternoon. Everyone was super nice and respectful too. I appreciate you guys and would not hesitate to use your business again!

Got my starter replaced. Brought my own new part I ordered. Starter died after 3 months; replaced myself and found out they put a used/remanufactured starter in there instead of mine, and caused the ring gears on my flexplate to chip off because it wasnt properly aligned.

So my morning was absolutely de-railed when I walked outside and had a full flat. Got my spare on and called Superior in Covington because they were pretty close. They said come on in we got you. Service was excellent, got my tire patched, oil changed, tires balanced and rotated in an hour and a half. This definitely rescued my day from being a total loss.
