Absolutely awful customer service. I scheduled an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early only for them to take almost two hours to do a simple oil change. They didn’t even give me any updates regarding my vehicles well being, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I’m writing this to make awareness of the type of service you are to expect going here. Saturday afternoon I called around 4:15 to see if someone was available to look at my 19 year old daughter’s tire from having a screw in it. Since it was so late I specifically asked if they had time to look at it and possibly patch it, the little girl who answered the phone was absolutely rude and acted as if I bothered her for calling, after a few minutes went by she came around and told me to go ahead and send my daughter over no problem. My daughter went on over and was met by the same girl who I spoke with and was told from her “we are closed but you can go to autozone and buy a plug and plug it yourself”, need I remind you they didn’t close till 6. My daughter was in tears. I called back up there and spoke to a nice young man who let me know that they don’t take customers after 4 even though they told me to send her and they stay open till 6. This is unexceptable in customer service. Parents don’t send your kids here if they need help. Because of her actions I took my business elsewhere. Awful.

Highly recommend this Goodyear service! I was in a situation where my engine was overheated and pulled into the closest place. The manager immediately came out and checked out my car!! Unfortunately their tech was out sick but helped me in the right direction and added water Coolant so I could get to the next location safely. This is what you call amazing service that is hard to find these days. I will be back!!! Thank you to the friendly, caring manager today that treated a stranger like family!

We were visiting Covington over the weekend Our tire picked up a screw and was going flat fast. We found Goodyear and pulled in. We explained we had a baseball game in an hour for our grandson. 45 minutes later we were out. Top Notch customer service. I watched them with other customers and they treated all like royalty. Get there at 7 am when doors opened zero cars in parking lot.. tells me 2 hours. This is the second time I’ve tried to get service here and quoted 2 hour wait.. went to Firestone a block over and in and out.. skip this place

Please go somewhere else. I took my wife's van for an engine misfire diagnosis. What I received for the diagnostic fee was a treatment of the "symptoms" - not a diagnosis of a root problem. I also got a sales pitch for the "new air filter, brake pads, and spark plugs....about $2900 worth of services out the door." In a statement void of emotion, I would recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. Throwing money at misdiagnosed repairs is a waste of time and resources.

Today was my first service with this Goodyear and it went horribly! They requested I schedule an appointment, which I did, then told me it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours for an oil change?!? Really…why make an appointment then? Return 1 1/2 hours later to be told still needed another 20 minutes… My issue…communication with your customers! Don’t request appointments, if you can’t keep them. If you can’t meet your quoted time frames, update your customers. I’m in the lobby and others customers are having the same issue!

Good Afternoon. I came in this morning with a blown tire as well as some alignment damage to my vehicle that required immediate attention. Store Manager Daniel Hartenstein and Service Manager Evan Heintz were extremely helpful providing me with a detailed diagnosis as well as keeping me informed regarding the required repairs and costs. The professionalism, service and quickness that was executed while handling my vehicular misfortune was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

The store manager is horrible and insufferable to be around. The service manager steals time and money from the store and the advisor could care less if your cars are fixed or not. The techs have barely any experience on fixing cars so you will be coming back every month to the same problem that costed you thousands. Good luck with this store. Only person that cared was me the women. The store manager can’t handle the stress of the store and will ended up losing the store. Out of all stores to go too I’d run away from this one.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! But if you must, make sure that you check the work they are saying they are doing and what you are paying for. Dishonest and Technicians are not focused. Oil Change, Tire Rotations, Tire Repair for Two tires needed. They did not even check the tire and tried to sell us a new one because they allegedly could not fix it. Needless to say, when they were challenged, they were able to fix it with no problem. HOURS later our car was "done". When we arrived, we observed signs that made us suspect the tires were not rotated and the oil change was not done; however, the manager assured all the work as done. Just as we left, we had to pull over to make sure there was oil in the car. We went right back and ask them to check to make sure the oil change was done because the sticker was still old as well as other indicators. The tires were marked prior to us going there and we confirmed they had not moved as claimed. I asked the manager again and he assured me the rotation was done ; however, it again it was confirmed that it wasn't. Again, we had to wait for them to do the work a second time, while I watched You think they did anything to comp us or make things right. NO. STAY AWAY!

Excellent experience. I made an online appointment for 10AM, and Kyle had my oil change and tire rotation completed by 10:40AM on a busy Sunday when he was shorthanded. If i couod give 0 i would. Needed tires to be balanced and rotated and an alignment. Called to set up an appointment and was told to bring it in now there's no wait. So 10 minutes later I was there check my truck in and was told it shouldn't be more than a couple hours. Well an hour later a different guy shows up and starts asking me the same check in questions because they couldn't match me with the truck in there system(its my bosses truck which i had told the first guy and he found it immediately). So I got curious and the truck hasn't even left the parking spot where I had drivin it into. Asked what was going on, and a third guy had to come out and tell me that there's a lot of cars in front of me and they're busy. I tried to explain that had originally called to set up an appointment and was told there was no wait. The guy then tells me (within the 10 minutes that I drove there) they got slammed at 9:00am; on a Thursday mind you. So they immediately pull my truck in and I start paying closer attention to it, another hour goes by and someone finally starts working on my truck when I mention it to the tech. And he says it will be ready in an hour. It's 11 at this point so I go to lunch. Get back at 12, and guess what, my trucks sitting in the same bay with nothing being done to it. But guess what, 4 people that came in an hour after I got there got there car serviced and left before they even touched my truck. Once they were done with the 4 other vehicles they finally started on my truck, and guess what, took another hour and 30 minutes!!!!!! What was supposed to be a couple hours(in at 9, out by 11) turned into almost 5 hours. I was highly pissed, they couldn't even tell me why, never gave me any updates or explanations. Except once asking me if id pay more for something else they found. No one communicates with each other there nor with customers. Everyone that came after me that was serviced an left before me even questioned them about why it was taking so long and why no one was willing to offer any updates.

This place will lie to you, knowing you are on the side of the interstate trying to find a tire shop that has the tire brand you are looking for. These people had the audacity to have an entire conversation with me about the specific tire brand and size I needed being in their inventory only to get me towed here to try to slip it by me that they were about to install a completely different brand tire on my vehicle. When confronted about it by me, the guy who was the one that spoke with me on the phone, casually said "oh yeah, we dont carry that. But I've got you this tire instead." As if I did not ask him multiple times on the phone and even show surprise that this business actually had the tire I needed since it was the first business I called in that situation. I did find some great help with Firestone though, they didn't lie, they said they had to order the tire, like I expected and would have accepted had this business been honest and said that. DO BETTER, LIES ARE BAD BUSINESS.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Tire Discounters and Discount Tire for about 25 years when I lived up north, so those were always my go-to shops. After moving here and realizing neither was conveniently located, I started looking for a new place I could trust. I had never been to a Goodyear service center before, and I’d never even owned Goodyear tires — which is ironic, considering I grew up in Akron and drove past the Goodyear headquarters sign almost daily. So this was truly a new experience for me. I recently visited this Goodyear service center and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they never made me feel rushed. The manager, Tom, took the time to answer all of my questions, walk me through my options, and make sure I felt completely confident in the decisions I was making. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. When everything was finished, the results looked fantastic — clean, professional, and exactly what I hoped for. It’s clear that the team here truly takes pride in what they do. And for the first time, I even feel a sense of pride driving around on my new tires. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service I received. I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone in need of tires or automotive services. Great people, great work!

I had a fantastic experience at Goodyear Auto Service when bringing in my kids’ car for a new set of tires and a wheel alignment. From start to finish, the team was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. Craig Steward, the Assistant Service Manager, patiently went over all of my tire options and helped me make the best choice for my situation and budget. He was able to get me scheduled right away, which I truly appreciated. Craig, you rock!!! Keep it up!!! William “Billy” Russel, the Service Manager, made sure the work was completed properly and thoroughly. What really stood out was that he took the time to review other maintenance recommendations with me — not in a pushy or upselling way — but genuinely to make sure my kids would be driving a safe and reliable car and wouldn’t end up stranded on the side of the road. Couldn't thank you enough!!! The entire Goodyear team did a great job, and I’m very grateful for their professionalism, transparency, and care. It’s reassuring to know there are still service centers that truly look out for their customers. They’ve definitely gained a lifelong customer, and I highly recommend them!!!
