I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Eddy’s Towing and I couldn't be more impressed. Our driver, John, exemplified professionalism from start to finish. He arrived promptly and was incredibly fast in assessing the situation and getting my vehicle to safety. Not only did he handle everything with great skill, but he was also remarkably accommodating, answering all my questions and making the entire experience as stress-free as possible. We were headed out town for a family trip and our car turned off. Eddy’s Towing came to the rescue in a short period of time! I will honestly say they had the best customer service we have ever received in general. Not only did they make sure our car was towed to mechanic shop they made sure we had a ride to our other vehicle. We had an issue with a tire when we got our vehicle back that was not their fault but they still went above and beyond to help out to get things situated. Great job Eddy’s Towing! Eddy's towing is awesome. My husband and I trust them. They are honest and reliable . My battery was dead. I called and within five minutes, he arrived. Technology has changed .No more booster cables. He had a small cell phone size charger. Within fifteen minutes, my car was started and heated. I can see why Eddy's Towing has nothing but 5 ☆ ratings. The contractor that I work for had one of my coworker's truck 🚚 break down in mertzon and I had to take him another truck and wait on a tow and we used Eddy's and I tell you what the tow truck driver Bryan was out there really really quick and just like the their business card says fast and reliable that they are. I got to ride back to town with Bryan and from listening to him this family own business comes from humble beginnings and hard-working men. I could tell that Bryan is a good man and I'm sure that the rest of the family is too and you can't go wrong with a towing company like there's. I know that if I ever need a tow there the one that I will be using and people y'all should too so 🤷 give them a call if you need a haul you'll be happy you did. It was 0130am and my daughter had hit a deer in Garden City. I was desperate for a tow company and when I called Eddy's, they were comforting from the very start! The late night phone call wasn't an inconvenience for them. They didn't put me off until 0800 the following morning. I knew my daughter was safe, and they were on the road within 30 minutes to pick up the van so it didn't sit on the side of the road longer than it had to! Any time I had a question they were easy to reach and prompt with their response. HANDS DOWN 5 STARS! I'll recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much, Jon for all your help!!!

I seriously cannot thank Eddy’s Towing enough!! I was out trying to secure a stray dog, and I completely misjudged the curb (stupid move on my part with thinking I could drive into this field in the first place, I know!!)! I contacted Eddy’s Towing and my embarrassment was eased by the empathy from their team— I was asked to send some photos of where my car was stuck, and within minutes I was given an estimate of both price and time until the truck could reach me. I was quoted about an hour, but the truck arrived in about half that time!! The person who helped me was so incredibly sweet and professional— he assured me that this happens quite frequently around town with the high curbs, and he had my car out (without any scratches!!) within about 10 minutes!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything!!

I had gotten a flat at my new job and no one was available to help, I called Eddies towing and Chris was so helpful—he was first waiting on a tow truck then came out himself to see if he could change the flat for me—well my tire ended up having a stripped lug nut! Lupe came out and brought his tools and he got the lug nut off and changed my tire! They both were so amazing and kind. Lupe was just so amazing he talked to me about his family and it was awesome to know this is a family owned business! I will definitely be calling them again for any towing or tire change needs!! 1000/100 recommend!!

I cannot put it in word how grateful I am for Lupe and his son from Eddys towing: Broken down on the side of the road for 5 hours no one came to help us, until we got ahold of them. Oh my goodness they came to our rescue. They communicated with us so quickly and got us off the side of the road in no time. Lupe was incredibly kind and went the extra mile to make sure we were okay . If you have any towing needs, this company is the only one to go with. 1000/10 would always recommend
