Mark and John were incredibly helpful. I was on a trip from Michigan to Florida and needed expedited service on my car's A/C system. They went out of their way to get me in immediately and recharged the system. No extra charges; only what was necessary to address the problem. These guys are very honest, competent, and professional. I'd recommend Edison to anyone.

Edison Auto Services has taken care of our two cars for the last two years and have done a wonderful job. We were particularly impressed when instead of telling us that we should do X, they told us the alternatives and what to expect with each one. They have also proposed services when they had the car disassembled so we wouldn't have to pay for that process a second time. Never have we been treated so professionally by our auto service. We highly recommend them to everyone.

Edison Auto did a phenomenal job with my vehicle! They immediately found that the inside of my tire was worn so bad that it could have popped any moment! Without hesitating, Mark the owner, went himself to go pick up two new tires for my car. Dan, who sits at the front desk, really helped me understand what was going on with my vehicle, as well as being very thorough with the report that they sent. This isn’t just some simple report, might I add. They sent me a link to a multi page report with photos of my vehicle and even levels of urgency for certain matters. It really was very professionally done and I sincerely appreciated the breakdown and the transparency with everything about my vehicle. The best part was that it was mobile friendly so I could view everything directly from my phone in the waiting room. I would definitely recommend Edison Auto! Thank you so much!

I had a nail in my tire and a slow leak. I got a patch there when I went back to get it it was $74.84. my fault I didn't ask in advance. But that's the craziest thing I've ever heard of!

I couldn't be happier with their service and performance. I actually brought a car in that other mechanics couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They easily did. Not only an outstanding mechanic shop, but an exemplary local business. I had been getting the run around from the Toyota dealership in regards to facilitating a warranty repair. I ended up taking my car into Burt’s crew and they identified the issue and resolved the problem I was having. The entire process was fully transparent and they took their time to investigate and relay that information to me. Was referred to this company, was told they were wonderful and 1 of the best in SWFL. Took my truck there last Friday June 1st to get a starter I purchased put on my truck. I drove my truck from Immokalee to Ft Myers perfectly fine. Went to pick up my truck once they called and said it was ready at 11:30a. Picked my truck up and wasn’t able to drive away. They then proceeded to tell me that this was wrong that was wrong get a new fuel pump installed for $1500. Come to fine out they cut my exhaust pipe and refuses to fix it. Even had the audacity to tell me I did it. Bull…

Edison’s auto is an amazing place to take your car!! They’re very friendly, personable, and seem like they genuinely care about you and your car. Every time I come I get great service. The manager is kind and patient and is always willing to explain what they did to my car and WHY they had to do it. Every charge is explained and nothing is a surprise. This is a great auto shop to go to with trusted people, will always recommend!! For context: I have gotten my break pads, calipers, and rotors replaced on both my front tires. A tire patch when a nail got in my tire, and my low pressure discharge AC hose replaced and the Freon refilled.
