Really appreciate the ride service, and while I didn't spend much time in your waiting room, it sure seems a welcoming place with refreshments, and places to work or just hang out.

The service person I was in contact with, needs to do what he says he's going to do. After dropping off my vehicle, at 730am, I was told by this person, he would give me a call at 2pm for an update. No call, the next day, no call I called him,to remind him, I need my vehicle back by Wednesday. He said it would be ready at noon, the next day I do get a call to tell me my vehicle would not be ready until 3 or 4 pm. I did get my truck that day, everything I asked them to repair was repaired, I did think the price was a bit high but they seem to have corrected the problems.

I took my car to electric labs for them to figure out a speed sensor issue. When I walked in there I was greeted by a very nice staff and a very nice building. They had free snacks and drinks for the customers to enjoy while they’re Waiting and they also offer a shuttle service for customers that don’t have a ride while they’re waiting for theirs to be repaired. My service advisor was named John and he was very helpful. He always filled me in on updates and anything happening with my car. They fixed my speed sensor issue with no problems. They even tried multiple sensors to make sure that everything was fixed and then had the technician drive my car to ensure that the light would not come back on. after they fix the first issue, they notice a pending code for a vacuum solenoid, which they also fix my car. They did it in a very timely manner, especially considering some of the parts were delayed, and they offered amazing service. They also Have a smog station where they’re able to smog your car which they did for me. They were even talking directly to Mitsubishi to figure out the issue with my car, which I think is amazing service I highly recommend you take your car there for any issues that you have. They are the best and have been in business for over 100 years. I took my car back to electric labs to have them check a sensor that I thought was bad and under their 3 year warranty and their technicians got straight to it scanning and tracing my lines to ensure everything was in order they also installed a new odometer in my car as well and were very careful with my dash board as it is fragile. Kyle who was my service advisor he was just great. He was very kind and helpful and even while being short staffed he still made sure my needs were met on time!

I came in 9/22/25 and someone was able to diagnose my truck and made an appointment for repairs for 9/30/25. I dropped off my vehicle at 7:30am and was told the person who helped me last week no longer worked there but the had the parts and the notes were in the system of what was to be fixed. they said they would call me to confirm an estimate to do the work. When i still hadn’t heard from them at 2:30pm i called and was told they rediagnosed my vehicle and confirmed what needed to be done (same job i was told the week prior) and said since it could take 3-4 hours they wouldn’t be able to do it that day. I don’t understand what the point of making the appointment was for my car to sit there for 7 hours. they never called me to give me the estimate they had before noon. Very frustrated. but i guess they did save me money because they wanted $120 for a smog and i just took it somewhere else for $40

We are so Happy with the experience and assistance we Recieved from this company and Especially the Management Richard took the time to listen to my husband's concerns and all the lost sleep over the issues we had with our Corvette. The most professional, clean, and knowledgeable shop in the region! Electrical can be a nightmare for most shops to diagnose and even more of an issue when it comes to the repair and programming involved for the high tech systems in cars today. Electrical labs did a fantastic job of service and repair for my vehicle. They were fast, upfront, and transparent. Kyle was my service advisor, and he did a great job making sure to document my concerns and relay information to the technicians. He was also very knowledgeable and set the bar high for my confidence in this shop before I ever laid eyes on it.

I was told it would take until approximately 4 o’clock in the afternoon, at 4 o’clock my phone rang And I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up. The first time I came here, Kyle assisted me with a brand new oil adapter! I have had my car for 7 years and finding a reputable shop can be hard, but this place is solid. I ended up coming back to complete the rest of the services and Jon took great care of my car! Woody was also a super friendly driver. I highly recommend this place. I even walked away with a 3 year warranty on the tire rod ends and lower control arms. I’m super happy with the customer service, swift communication and reputable services.
