GO HERE - I AM OBSESSED. Honestly, NO OTHER SHOP could have done what guys at Elite Auto did yesterday. (I know because I went to 2 other places, and called the Mercedes dealership). Full Story- I’m a fast paced girl…. I walked into a random auto shop in a crisis…. I had a flight in 3 hours and my tire was leaking air fast. I don’t have anyone to take care of it for me when I am out town, so it was a BIG problem. And these guys SOLVED IT in 1 hour. I cannot say enough about the work ethic and respect at this shop. The service they provided is beyond what o thought was possible. Because of them, I made my flight and I was able to see my grandma who is passing away. Thank you again guys 🙏🏻

Took my car in as the check engine light was coming on and off, I did an OBD and the issue was a PCM stuck closed. I've noticed my oil pressure reading funky, too high in idle, too low when driving... so with this reading and the issue I took it in - mainly for issues like this it's to do with the oil pressure sensor, could be oil pump, throttle body or wiring issue. I told Dave the issue, advised it's most likely the sensor and have another in my car to replace if needed. They kept the car overnight to which I was met with a call the next morning with Dave advising, it could be the oil cooler (if that were the case I would've advised of visible puddles under the car and the car overheating which I didn't) they can replace that for $800 but that may not be the issue?! I asked for him if he could just replace the sensor for me and literally got met with "I'm not replacing that" almost adamant it was nothing to do with that (Dodge Durangos have a common issue with the oil pressure sensor). So, having no choice I picked up the car paid the $160 they charge to diagnose and went on my way, reading the quote/instructions/findings etc on the bill I noticed everything that was checked was little more than a visual inspection - had the car all day and into the next morning mind you. So, after my advising, and the common issue, they didn't even inspect the logical go tos but instead telling me I need new breaks?! Maybe an oil pump (but couldn't confirm - which could be right as it would be the solenoid) but determined a possible a replacement of the oil cooler may fix. I'm not sure I understand the logic here or how you can accept money here with a straight face. It could be even as small as a dirty oil pressure sensor harness... but he refused to check, refused to replace, didn't look at anything else that wasn't visual. Maybe because they looked at my car for 15 minutes that morning and couldn't be bothered to check the sensor and he would also get caught out in a $800 lie regarding the oil cooler he recommended. $160 well spent. So now I gotta take my car elsewhere for them to do what I literally told this fool to do/what the problem was. Even when I returned to my car it was left with the floor plate off as if he told the mechanic just to leave it as is. Real nice. I can do the thing myself but don't have the time. This is all true, isn't that right Dave? Never underestimate a customer's knowledge. What bit would you like to correct me on? Because I can type out the invoice to what was inspected and most would know that's about 15 minutes worth of looking.

While I have been coming here for several years for regular maintenance on my vehicles, I recently had an emergency with a severely leaking radiator. I was able to drop off my truck last minute at the end of the day and they were able to work it into the rotation the next day. They did a great job and the cost was more than reasonable. I took my 2008 Ford focus in for an oil change and general maintenance. I know the car would seem old being a 2008 but the mileage only just hit 70,000 miles. The excellent work done at the shop has revived my car. It drives like it’s brand new. It only took a couple hours and I was kindly given a ride home and picked up from my home when the service was done. This is an outstanding group of mechanics, responsible, honest and hard-working, a great find in Huntington Beach !!!!❤️❤️❤️

Could of been better, had to fix things I wanted done myself via Amazon junk. (Headlights, Battery & terminals, AC recharge.) Paid more than estimated, not going to elaborate, I pay my bills. It's my opinion and my review. Nice staff, good turn around times. Approx. $1600 in repairs, 2 items I needed replaced were not, but I just paid the bill. If you need repairs it's a good place, but ELITE missed a few items on my visit. I questioned the issues, but once the invoice was closed it's basically time for me to leave. Not gonna bomb their reviews over it, but I paid the bill and it is what it is. Jasen is a cool chill guy, just an unfortunate situation I guess?

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We are from out of town, and only here for the weekend. We lost our vacuum pump. It was a Friday late afternoon and a dealership wouldn’t help us. We called elite and they were so nice. They told us they could fix it by the end of the day. If you are looking for some good people to work on your car, I highly recommend them!

Elite is more apt at describing the cost of having work done here. Had a fuel pump die 7 years ago. I was ignorant, had it towed here.....and was fixed after $2000+. Fuel pump died again recently, was only $600. They tried to justify it by stating the gas tank had to be removed, etc. No, it's basically super hi prices that aren't really rational, and they prey on people who don't know any better. I wasn't originally going to leave a review, but today's experience with the new pump reminded me of how I felt ripped off at the time. You can also tell by the responses to the poor reviews, there's no accountability and it's always the fault of the other person. No doubt this will also have the same....Avoid this place if possible.

Best in the business! Jasen was super helpful and knows exactly what he’s talking about with tons of products on hand. I brought my truck in wanting to get better tires and right off the bat he knew what would look and perform best. Got me a great deal too. He asked me about suspension because I complained about mine but was quoted a couple thousand from the dealership, he told me about other options and hooked me up with a full suspension replacement for a fraction of the price of the dealership quote. The shop drove me home and within 24hours I was driving away with a new truck and the tires aligned. Now she drives so smooth! I took it a little off roading and she performs great! I was referred to Jason @ Elite Auto 5 or 6 yrs ago from a long time family friend, he's has done general maintenence work on several of my older trucks and everything works out great, ( I'll post a separate review for those trucks ) , I've been looking for rims on my Tremor F150 and wanted something different that everyone else didn't have , one day I walked in to the showroom & there was a new Fuel rim, did some research over the weekend & on Monday he ordered the rims & had them the next day , tires were in stock , 17×9 , Toyo RT Trail 35 12.50 17 .
