Fernando is professional, kind, benevolent, hard-working, efficient, prompt, and embraces high integrity in his work and character. Fernando goes the extra mile to work meticulously and in great depth a detail-oriented requirement for this type of work, and he outperforms in this area. Thus, not taking advantage of one's vulnerabilities of the unknown. However, making things exceedingly transparent to the customer. In addition, the two other males who worked in the office were also exceptionally kind and professional. I wish I could remember their names, but I'm sure they have also received recognition from others.

I was pleasantly surprised with this company. When I walked in I received immediate attention and help. They gave me a diagnosis immediately of the problem and suggested a couple of options to fix my car. I was able to wait for 30 to 40 minutes is a clean, pleasant waiting area while they worked on my car, and I was able to get home in little over an hour. The staff are polite, welcoming, and professional. Will be taking all our family cars there for needed service!!

Five stars is not enough for this outstanding shop and group of people that truly care. From the first call with Fernando who listened carefully and understood my concerns as well as the uniqueness of my 20-year-old vehicle, I knew I had found ethical and trustworthy people to repair my vehicle at a competitive price. They have my HIGHEST recommendation which I do not give out lightly. Associates Cesar, the estimator, Eric, at the front desk, and the talented workers in the shop were responsive to my calls and kind too. If you want to know the backstory of my journey to finding ER Collision and Auto Body read on… I had the misfortune one night after a rain and at night inadvertently driving over a pothole in Huntington Beach and thereafter hearing a clanking/banging sound in the rear of my vehicle. The next day I took my vehicle to my long-time mechanic who found that a bracket on the rear sway bar had pulled away from the undercarriage body and suggested that I contact my insurance company for a comprehensive claim. After contacting my insurance carrier, they referred me to their preferred shop for repair who assured me they could repair my vehicle when I dropped it off. NOT!!! After a week of it being in their shop and my calling and leaving messages for status, this shop said, they couldn’t find the parts for repair, even though the parts are readily available online and I sent them the link to such. My long-time mechanic, as a courtesy to me, stopped by this shop for an update, and the manager told him they were going to “total out” my vehicle to my insurance company. What the What!!! Hearing this and knowing the conservative market value of my vehicle, I knew this was the wrong shop for my vehicle. I informed my insurance company that I would find another shop that could repair it well-below its market value and since this shop had done NOTHING to service my vehicle, I was allowed to take it to any shop I wanted. I got on the internet. I called around, spoke to many and on a Saturday had the good fortune of connecting with Fernando of ER Collision and Autobody. Kismet. Not only did he commit to being able to repair it, but he also assured me they could repair it WITHOUT declaring my vehicle a total loss. Insurance agreed and reassessed my vehicle as “repairable”. When repaired, they were proactive in calling me to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup and when they brought it out, it was so clean and pretty. They had detailed it including the restoration of the headlights. Above and beyond! Yes, this shop rocks. Yes, they part out some of the work as most shops do, but my ride is back to its normal state only prettier. This time, an independent shop IS far superior to the insurance referral. Word to the wise.

I used ER Collision December 2025. The customer service was outstanding. I received a repair quote while I waited. My car had been hit on the right front bumper. I was told once my parts arrived it would take 1 week to complete the entire repair. The communication and timeline were clear and my repair was complete in 1 week of receiving parts. Exactly what was stated. The car looked new when I picked it up. The BEST surprise was my entire car was detailed from front to rear, inside and out! I have to start with ER collision is great! I was in an accident that surprisingly wasn't my fault lol. I was in a tricky situation because my vehicle is a leased vehicle. My accident happened about 20 days before I needed to return my lease. ER collision was on top of contacting my insurance company, getting an adjuster out, getting the work done and also communicating with me through it all. I explained my situation to them and they were very understanding and promised me that my car would be done on time. They actually followed through with what they told me and my car was done 3 days before they said that it would be done. They did a phenomenal job on the body work. And the paint matched perfectly. I am so thankful. ER collision really did me a solid! I highly recommend them.

Highly recommended! Outstanding customer service from start to finish and an exceptionally good repair. A representative proactively kept me informed on progress, including an unforeseen and uncontrollable delay from the dealer supplying the replacement parts. The repair itself included matching a complicated factory metallic paint, with excellent results. Fitment is perfect and the repair and paint are guaranteed. We worked through State Farm, for whom ER Collision is an authorized repair shop, and the entire process was smooth and predictable. My car is dropped off and I immediately have a new rental car ready for me on-site within 5 minutes. He worked well with my AAA insurance claimer to get the claims done on time. ER Collision is the best auto body shop in HB. I highly recommend them to everyone! Long story short, an HB fire truck hit my car while it was legally parked on the street. They ripped my whole front bumper off and scratched a nail through the front fender. My car looked brand spanking new when I picked her up at the autobody shop. Fernando and the rest of his crew did a phenomenal job! Not only did they find my bumper, paint, stock lights, AND mustang emblem, they also detailed my car, fixed my interior peeling door, gave it a wash, AND polished up some scratches on the hood. I did not ask for these extra services but it was done and they did not ask for any compensation. I can tell they truly love what they do and they do it good. Thank you guys again for everything :)
