Gregg and Caliber Collison way exceeded my expectations!! They were so thorough and wonderful. The line of communication was clear and frequent and they handled all the details with insurance so I didn't have to. I was out of town when I was notified that my repairs were completed and instead of leaving my car on their lot, they drove my car to my home and it was ready for me when I got home. They also cleaned my car before returning it. I was beyond pleased with my experience with them. They are my go to team for car care moving forward!

I also appreciate the care you have for your work and craft. Overall, a solid experience with Caliber Collision in Huntington Beach. The repair quality was great and the price was reasonable. They handled all communication with my insurance, which was a big help. The main downside was the timeline. My car sat for almost two weeks before work started, and total repair time was close to four weeks. Communication and transparency could be better, but once work began, it moved quickly. I would recommend them for quality repairs.

Great experience. They fixed my bumper after a car accident and worked directly with the lady at faults’ insurance company (progressive) which made it sooo easy for me. Greg was nice and responsive! They even cleaned my car well and kindly touched up some random scratches I asked them to look at that were not related to the accident! Also, enterprise works directly with them so that made renting a car super easy as well! Very pleased!!

I wouldn't bring my car there.. its okay the service but in general I won't give a good review to the quality.. they dont take care of details.. I can see stains, bubbles and not high quality on the paiting.. the day i picked up i noticed a few things and they fix it for next day but I general I would say if you have a brand new car dont bring your car there, details will notice more, theres better places. My car is white and its hard to see but in the photos you can see dirt and stains underneath the paint
