They did a great job fixing my car. Reasonable price and took the time to make sure everything was running well. Explained what was going on with the car and what it would cost. Overall very happy with the service.

Dream Build Garage purchased an N54 BMW engine from us. At the time of sale, we clearly explained all warranty terms, including that any aftermarket modifications would automatically void the warranty and eliminate eligibility for returns or exchanges. They acknowledged and accepted these conditions. Despite this, Dream Build Garage misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. They claimed it was stock, when in reality, they installed a big single turbo kit—a significant performance modification that voids any and all warranties immediately. Now, after the warranty has expired, they’re demanding we replace a heavily modified engine under warranty. This request is unreasonable and goes against the very terms they agreed to. Additionally, they unprofessionally shared our business information with their own customer, which is completely unacceptable and unethical. They received exactly what they ordered, with full documentation provided upfront. Once problems arose due to their own modifications and misrepresentation, they attempted to shift the blame onto us, claiming the warranty was void—something entirely caused by their own actions. Instead of taking accountability, they’ve tried to distance themselves from the issue and passed the blame to us, leaving their own customer in the dark. This kind of behavior reflects a serious lack of professionalism and responsibility. We urge anyone considering doing business with Dream Build Garage to be extremely cautious. If something goes wrong, don’t expect transparency, honesty, or accountability. They will deflect blame, even when they are clearly at fault. This kind of conduct damages trust—and once that’s lost, it’s nearly impossible to regain. They chose a pay-to-play route and ignored all clearly communicated warranty terms. If you're planning to have your car worked on by this shop, make sure they are being honest with both you and their parts suppliers.

I’ve met and know many talented people when it comes to working on cars as I also run an automotive company. Rod at dream build is next level when it comes to diagnostic, wiring, engine builds, transmissions, coding, and pretty much literally everything. He may be young but his knowledge is 110% beyond his years and it’s very impressive. He’s a humble and cool dude who truthfully cares about what he does. Computer screen in his toolbox for torque specs and everything. When I tell you this dude is good at diagnostic I mean it.

Spent 3k dollars, car is worse and worse every time I took it. Edit: Ugh, I didn't want to write a long review, but here we go... I took my car in for a crankshaft seal leak, and since he said the subframe had to come down, I figured I'd add new turbos and inlets. He told me it'd be done in 2 or 3 days, but it took almost two weeks! Apparently, he said he had a car accident, which I said was fine, I get it. But seriously, he never answered any of my calls. I guess that's what you get for trusting your car to some irresponsible young guy in his 20s. When I went to pick up my car, supposedly ready, I found it unlocked outside in the parking lot with loose parts. He had to call someone to come fix it before I could even take it. Today, December 28th, I lifted the car and found my steering rack completely loose – all the screws were just hand-tight! My control arms were the same, nuts practically falling off. How can you trust a shop that does this to your car? I could've seriously hurt myself because of that... I'm definitely filing a small claim in court. Avoid shady business like this, just go to a more reputable shop.
