I was looking for a new vehicle for my wife and she had shown an interest in the Ford Broncos. Neither of us had ever even sat inside one so we decided to visit Huntington Beach Ford. We met Cody initially who was very professional and did a nice job cultivating a positive first step. After the initial first meeting we left with a positive feeling about the Broncos and the Dealership. A day or so passed and we decided to go back and ask more questions as well as actually test drive the Bronco. It was this time we met Nathan Shah who became our advisor from that point forward. The process could not have gone any smoother. From the test drive to the explanation of the entire process to signing the docs in the end. He was pressure free, very informative and totally courteous and professional. The overall experience was very positive, the price we paid seemed very fair as he and their management personnel (Arin Ecklund) were extremely accommodating. High pressure never works with me and because they never went down that road we ended up with our new Bronco Outer Banks. In business there's a very accurate saying and that is, "People do business with people they like" and this could not have been more accurate with this transaction. They were both extremely personable and so easy to do business with. This dealership is fortunate to have people like Nathan and Arin and because sales is a relationship type transaction it worked perfectly. I feel confident in recommending HB Ford and if possible ask for Nathan and Arin.

Nathan at Huntington Beach Ford was amazing. I originally went to buy a 2025 Ford Maverick hybrid for my boyfriend as a Valentine’s/birthday present. We ended up test driving a black Maverick XLT Hybrid. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to purchase that specific vehicle. Nathan felt bad about the situation and reached out a few days later to see it he could find me another comparable option. I realized the 2026 Maverick Lariat Hybrid was a better choice because it came fully loaded with all the bells and whistles. Because of the inconvenience with not purchasing the original XLT, Nathan went above and beyond. He worked hard to give me a great price along with a discounted warranty on the Lariat. When my boyfriend came to pick up his new truck, he was in complete shock. In front of him was not the black XLT he test drove, but a beautiful Azure Gray Metallic Tri-Coat Lariat. A huge shout out to Nathan at Huntington Beach Ford for making this possible.

Huntington Beach service dept is the worst I have ever experienced. If u plan on buying a car from there you better hope you don’t need any service . They do not return calls it took them 7 days to change 2 battery’s and never gave me explanation for my truck not starting. The truck is under full warranty and yet they do not fix anything always an excuse on how that part isn’t covered. I can’t warn you enough do not have your truck serviced here find a better dealership that cares about their reputation and provide quality service. This place isn’t it. You have been warned

We recently had the pleasure of working with Cisco at Huntington Beach Ford. He reached out proactively after an online submission and made an appointment for an onsite visit . He quickly made himself available for me and my daughter to visit the dealership. Upon arrival, he had multiple options for us to look at with varying levels of finishes, which was a great compare as we narrowed our search. His manager, Ishmael was also equally amazing to work with. I didn’t feel like we had to go back and forth on pricing etc and they gave us their best option right off the bat.
