Tech did not know what he was doing all they did was want to do service work and not to do what I brought in for. $180.00 to tell me I need brakes what about the check engine light ? He told me I needed a booster and a master cylinder whitch was a $3.00 bushing. Problem was low coolant I had an upper radiator hose leaking and the coolant bottle was empty. 1.5 gallons later and a screwdriver problem fix. NO THANKS Stay away from this shop

I new I had to replace both turbos that were burning oil, so I wanted to have my Explorer fully serviced from bumper to bumper, including the 4WD driveline at the same time. After discussing the scope of work with the Ford dealer and two other independent shops, I was immediately comfortable with Dave and Elite. He asked the right questions and made good recommendations in line with the factory recommendations, something the Ford dealer failed to do. His team did a great job with no up-selling. I now have a new go-to place in lieu of dealing with shady dealerships.

They work on diesel vans and trucks which is hard to come by . The work they do is professional and is completed in a timely manner . The service advisors here are very friendly and helpful and will stay in contact with you throughout the process . I WILL SAY THIS THO. They are VERY expensive , like astronomical prices but it is quality work backed w a warranty. Seems like they over charge on parts too . Ford Dealer wanted $600 for fuel bowl assembly Elite automotive charged me $800 for the same part … just something to keep in mind but it’s been a couple months now and the work is holding up.

Elite is the best shop I’ve ever taken my car to. They are careful, thorough, and honest in their work. They’ve taken great care of my car on multiple occasions and are the only place I plan on bringing my car to. Their prices are really good, they don’t try to scam women, and in fact they’ve always taught me a good deal about my car every time I’ve come in. Steve is an awesome manager and he’s very well connected in the industry. Besides getting maintenance and body work done, they handled getting my stereo system upgraded and my car keys copied. I don’t live in the area anymore and tried going somewhere else once when my turbo stopped working, only to bring it back to Elite, where they did proper diagnostics to find that it didn’t need to be replaced for 3k but just needed a new actuator for half the cost. The team is amazing, I’ve gotten to know them and they always treat me so well; I trust this shop completely and highly recommend if anyone has car work that needs to be done :)

I’ve taken my car here many times and never had an issue. Yesterday something coincidentally snapped off right after I got my car back from an oil change. I can’t say that I trust that it was a pre-existing problem because the problem has never come up. My car notified me of this issue on the dashboard with a message I’ve never seen before. They claim that they didn’t snap it off and said they could fix it free of charge. If they saw that and were willing to fix it for free, why didn’t they just fix it and then give me my car back?? Instead I found out hours later when I needed to get to work and ended up missing work due to this inconvenience because they were already closing the shop.

I pulled my Mercedes out of service at Elite Automotive today because they misdiagnosed my repairs and tried to majorly overcharge for service I didn’t need. In one example David at Elite said I needed expensive new wheel bearings when the real issue was a simpler swing arm replacement. Watch out for Elite, they have quotas to fill and they will gouge you. They have lost my business forever.

Took my 2014 Cadillac SRX in for an oil change today. When the service advisor called to inform me that it was done, he listed the things which the mechanic advised need servicing. Along the laundry list was a water pump replacement priced at $941.64. I found this to be interesting since Elite replaced it on 2/22/25 at a cost of $629.83. When I mentioned this, the advisor stated he didn't see any record of doing this work. I stated that I would produce the original receipt. As I was picking the car up from the oil change, I showed it to him. Here's where it went off the rails. I no longer trust their diagnosis at all. I wanted an oil change and got lip service how parts go bad yada yada. The offer was made to put it back on the lift, but I will never believe otherwise that this mechanic doesn't know what he's doing or misrepresented the situation. Since the water pump was replaced in February there has been NO leakage that I can see. This smacks of bait and switch to me. This is only my personal opinion. Trust is paramount these days. Elite lost mine. If I had cause to believe something was wrong with the water pump, I would have long ago taken it back for that purpose. Keep your receipts and if a recommendation doesn't fit question it.
