My van had an issue with a cylinder. I took it to Firestone to have that repaired Michael from the front desk upon a slight description of my problem Knew exactly what was wrong with it. I was not in a rush, but they did my van very quickly and kept me informed of the diagnostics changes and gave me a full report of the work done. I would recommend this place to anyone. They have a great team, skilled technicians, and they take care of giving me my best deal possible I trust them to take care of my car and tire needs. Thank you for being an awesome team. Have been going to Firestone for years with my different cars. This time I called to make appointment as usual, showed up and car was done. Where things went wrong: price is different as usually is, called back to see why. They said it was due to steering sensor calibration. What my issue is: I was never told about the pricing and change up front, and when I asked for proof of what was completed, they said there wasn’t any proof they can show me, and tried to say that pricing was said on phone when we made appointment, which it never was- flat out lie. feel like I was pulled a fast one on me, and they couldn’t explain themselves out of it.

Supposedly Firestone "fixed" my suspension(took it in for sam problem 3 Times). Took it in because I hear a hissing sound on left driver side back airbags. When I bought the car NO HISSING what so ever, EVER! I was told by Firestone employee "Well since the airbag didn't deflate,.. there's nothing wrong". So they didn't even check to see what was wrong. I MISS THE LAGUNA HILLS Location. They had some Real Mechanics working there, Azra and David!!

I’m 50/50 on Firestone. The main reason is simple — they tend to charge near dealer-level prices for repairs that should be at least 20–25% lower. What’s worse, their diagnostic accuracy leaves a lot to be desired. I had a bad wheel bearing on the driver’s side. Before that issue was even recognized, they replaced the rack and pinion, both lower control arms, and a full set of tires. Finally, I suggested it might be the wheel bearing — and sure enough, that was the real problem. A $255 part that could’ve saved me hundreds, if not more. I don’t mind investing in my car, but it’s clear the focus here leans more toward sales and ticket totals rather than pinpointing the root cause of a problem. It feels like they inflate prices, then apply “discounts” to make it seem like you’re getting a deal, when in reality, they’ve already padded the profit margin. There’s also no transparency or communication about priorities. No one ever says, “We can handle X now, and Y can wait a bit.” Everything is presented as an immediate must-do, which raises red flags. Another major issue — I asked to see my old valve covers after being told they were cracked. When I came to pick up my car, I was told they had already been thrown away. No proof, no verification. That’s unacceptable when you’re spending serious money on trust-based repairs. And finally, the attention to detail is poor. After service, I found greasy handprints and smudges inside my car. That’s basic carelessness and shows a lack of respect for customers’ vehicles. I appreciate the discounts and the repairs that were necessary, but Firestone seriously needs to tighten up their diagnostic standards, pricing ethics, and overall professionalism. At this point, I’d recommend getting a second opinion from a senior tech before approving anything here.

Staff lied to me about getting a new tire. Was told that my tire didn’t have a puncture, that my tire is defective and recommended to buy a new tire. I went with the recommendation since I have places to go. I waited 4 hours. Came to find out today that my tire has hole which caused the flat and it looks like somebody used a grinder on the inner part of the tire intentionally. The flat could’ve been easily fixed with a patch ! I was scammed and it’s unethical.

I called on Sunday, had an apt sched for 1PM Mon 11/10. Before I showed up, I also called, asked again for the cost of transmission fluid change, it was briefly $230 (or something in that neighborhood). When I showed up, the rep who served me said there was no sched jotted down, it was the 1st sign of weirdness. However we proceeded, I dropped my car, later when I came back, the represent advised me that the kind of transmission fluid for my Mazda CX5 is specific, different (kinda weird) and your office HAD TO PURCHASE the fluids from the dealer directly, it cost $89.99 and it took 4 bottles. Anyway, the bill ended up $600 and I asked for the discount and he managed to charge my final bill of $542 (including tax). First he should have called me and let me know the situation. I dont believe that my Mazda 2018 CX5 is the first you run into so you should have known, last but not least I felt like you're not honest and I got rippedoff. Íd have talked to mgr threre but i had to leave. I was not really satisfied how it turned out

Overall the worst experience and nightmare I’ve had over a simple oil change. I brought in my ford mustang for a quick oil change and these guys crashed my car. The worst part about it is that it’s been 2 weeks and they failed to correct the issue.I’ve been driving with a damaged car -their entire team has failed to do what’s right . I’ve tried reaching out to manager to get answers and somehow he’s never there. No one seems to know what happened or provide me with clear answers . Sharing this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Nobody deserves to have their car crashed when you take it in for an oil change. The fact that they act like it didn’t happen and downplay the situation is also alarming.I had to call corporate and their claims department is now having me go do 2 estimates to review my damage and they expect me to take days off to go do this and do their work. Completely unprofessional and outrageous

They did an excellent job on my alignment, and lifetime for like $270 was very reasonable. The only thing that was confusing was having it take almost 4 hours with an appointment and me waiting there. I don't mind things taking a while, infact I would prefer it to the rushing and making a mistake. I guess it would have been nice if they were upfront about how long it would take. Not a huge deal. Might try a different location when it comes time to redo the alignment, and rotate my tires.
