Great place to get an oil change + car wash. They’re fast and efficient, pricing is fair too and I love that they do promos so you can plan out your services according to your budget. The maintenance guy “Safwan” also does a great job at explaining everything with out any pressure :).

Went in today for an oil change, everybody was super friendly. They were pretty quick with the oil change, and they did a full vehicle check to let me know about any existing problems. Safwan, the gentleman at the counter, was incredibly polite and helpful. He very clearly let me know what needed to be fixed and gave me a comprehensive breakdown of cost (which was much appreciated). I Would highly recommend this business to friends and family.

Hello, at first I was a bit skeptical about taking my car to Elite, but I must say this was one of the best decisions I made!. I was extremely surprised at this small business and the courtesy, genuine welcome, and professionalism they displayed. All the staff members were helpful, sincere, and engaging. They took pride of ownership in their work, and the facility was comfortable and very clean. They worked to reduce my service time as much as possible, and provided transparent and clear information along with reasonable pricing. They also have great discounts throughout the week. I came in for a quick inspection and was helped by two very marvelous men!! First safaun, offered me cookies, explained the process, wait time, and pricing. He was absolutely warm and welcoming. Next Cruze called me out to show me some things under my hood that he’d like me to keep an eye on. Frankly I’m 24, and didn’t know much about cars; although he explained everything very well and helped me communicate what was necessary to for my dad (who deals with cars). Cruze was absolutely so sweet and charming, he complimented my pink pimpout ( my car decor) and my dad’s handy work. He is absolutely great with customers, and I’m so glad to know he’s there if I need to go back. He’s not hard on the eyes either (just saying!)

As yall can see I brought my car here to get worked on and I trusted these guys to do a good job on my car.When they got done working on my car they jumped the price up sky high and tried to charge me a storage fee of $100 a day..When I finally got my car back I was very upset between this place and the car dealership yall stole my car music and speakers..The last picture was the speakers that was in my car now all of a sudden my speakers are gone..So I called the police on them and made a report.So to all Houston people don’t bring your cars here to get worked on because they will scam you..

Still a growing team, but shows great promise. Was very happy with the care and attention provided on my car detail. They went the extra mile and also polished my headlights as they were pretty yellowed. its an 11 year old car, but they made her look like as new as can be. Leather cleaning, carpet cleaning, engine clean, wash and wax. I give them a 5 star. Only suggestion i would make, after they are done applying interior protectant, to please wipe down any excess as its a bit slippery and they did put on quite a bit. All in all, a great experience.

Been coming here many many yrs, the service is excellent, they never try to bombard me with extra added on wrk that’s not needed, the guys here are very nice and friendly, I’ve had nothing but great experiences and service, just as today my rain guard came loose, so I call them tell me come in, and now they are serving my car fixing the rain guard at no charge, believe me, you don’t get that kind of service and treatment from anywhere else! I’d refer anyone to this place! And I will continue coming back to them, I really appreciate an honest place to deal with specially be a single woman, so take advantage of their great services. I couldn’t be happier with the full experience. They do everything, transmission repair, engine work, brakes, oil changes, alignments, air conditioning, and more and they do it well.  From the front desk to the mechanics, everyone was super friendly and kind. They explained what repairs were needed without pressure, gave me options, and always looked for a way to keep costs reasonable. I appreciated knowing what was happening every step of the way. If you’re looking to save a few bucks, there are several ways: they run coupons (check their website), special deals and discounts, and even discounts for seniors (65+).  They offer free car wash with service (it’s offered). Overall, if you want quality auto repair, friendly staff, honest service, and ways to save, this is my go-to spot now. Highly recommended.
